We're a woman-owned full-service company established in 2008 and known for seasonal food, beautiful presentation and top-notch service. Our style is "down-to-earth luxury". HOW IT ALL BEGAN As a child the best times were our Family Gatherings. Every weekend we would meet at one of our relative’s house where Our Family would meet for huge dinners and all types of special occasions. Ever since I've been recreating that atmosphere. My first jobs were working at a bakery, restaurant, catering company and butcher shop. In 1982 I started my business AAA Royal Catering. Today 39 years later with the help of my wife, children and dedicated staff we continue to bring Long Island the best in food and service. We welcome the opportunity to serve you.

We LOVE weddings here at Pheasant! Being entrusted with one of the most important days of a couple’s life is not something we take lightly. After all, the bridal couple may be the focus of the day, but an amazing meal and impeccable service will make the entire event that much more memorable. Our knowledgeable staff will help guide you through the decision-making process as we go through menus, table scapes, furniture, timing, bar service and more together. The seeds of the business go back to the 1960s when Abigail started a cooking school from the basement of her home. Her entrepreneurial spirit and early success drove her to quickly expand the school to a retail outlet, and few years later, her husband, Bob, sold his company to join her in launching the catering business. Their son, Jim, joined the couple in 1980 and has been running the business with Partner & Chef Alison Awerbuch since the early 2000s. Through the years, the DNA of Abigail Kirsch has never changed. Rooted in the belief that, “We are only as good as our last event,” its culture centers on creativity, planning and flawless execution. The company’s mission is to execute events in which the client feels like a guest and guests feel as though they are in someone’s home.

We want your wedding guests to say "that food was fire🔥" and we want your cocktail party guests to say “holy sh*t, this drink just blew my mind.” Based in Upper Manhattan, New York City, we specialize in events in Manhattan and Westchester. We also have our own restaurant event space on Riverside Drive in Manhattan.

We are an off-premise, full service caterer, who specializes in custom weddings, with experienced and friendly service staff, along with food truck services.
