“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

A few months later, we met for the first time where she took over her allotted meeting amount to get to know us and exactly what we were looking for in terms of our wedding flowers. When there was ever a point when we did not have an answer to a certain aspect, she skillfully directed us to what would work best at the venue and within our color pallet. She even brought to our attention details that we never even thought of with the wedding overall. Throughout the time leading up to the wedding, Tammy was very open with communication and forth coming with any price changes due to the pricing of her suppliers. As someone who lives for every detail, this was a huge thing that stood out. Come to the wedding day and Tammy was a member of our family at that point. She showed up when she said she would with the most stunning pieces that everyone was raving about months after. Her and her husband set up the entire ceremony area, reception, and cocktail area before the ceremony started and even stayed to help move over certain pieces that were being reused throughout the area. She did all of this with a smile and such compassion that you can just see the love she puts into each event. Tammy is really a part of our family now and will always have a special place in our heart when we reflect on our wedding day.”

After college, our paths crossed again when she was my instructor for floral design school. After a career in marketing, I decided I needed a change.
