Flowers arrived right on time. I contacted Flower Moxie right away with a question on timing for unboxing. Alexa immediately responded and became our personal flower consultant for the next 4 days. She was professional and encouraging and FUN! I felt much more confident that we could create beautiful bouquets with her assistance. The educational videos on the website are so helpful and informative. I alerted her that just three of my stems arrived broken. Flower Moxie immediately posted a refund to my account so that I could replace those stems if I felt it necessary at a local store. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. “Absolutely stunning work by Bupp Woodworks and are so happy with everything from our order. Drop off was coordinated seamlessly with a family member post wedding in April and we received our pieces right before Christmas! With our florals we ordered a 7 inch arch, letter M, ring holder, jewelry dish, Christmas ornaments and necklaces. “We loved working with Haley for our wedding! She immediately picked up on our vision and shared so many great ideas. We wanted bright and bold fall colors and she absolutely delivered. She respected our budget and offered creative solutions when our ideas were outside of the budget. Haley was flexible when we woke up to pouring rain on the day of the wedding and I texted her at 6am. The original ceremony plan was to make a flower wall out of hedges at the venue, but she came up with a plan to accomdate the indoor ceremony space. I also loved our bridesmaid bouquets. We wanted monochrome for their mismatched dresses, and they all looked perfect. Haley even made a mini bouquet for our 8month old flower girl, matching her mother's dress. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and we couldnt be happier with the flowers!!”
