The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. “The food from Southern Fig was incredible! Everything was handled so professionally and thoughtfully. The menu was delicious, beautifully presented, and accommodating of our guests’ needs. I forgot about an aunt who had a gluten allergy and emailed Craig just hours before the wedding, and he was able to make a separate plate at very late notice. We’re still hearing compliments about the meal and the grazing table! Such a showstopper and crowd favorite. Craig did so much work and made everything seamless, and we’re so glad we chose them.
