โYou donโt come across someone with this much dedication, passion, craftsmanship, knowledge, and genuine love for their art often. Ashley is truly gifted in all things florals, and every piece she made for me, including my trials, had my jaw drop and moved my family to tears. She puts her heart into every flower she tends to, and you can see it in the intricacies of her work. Sheโs an artist, and these are her little masterpieces. Iโve grown to respect florals on a new level thanks to her. She knows so much about each flower (even their science names!), how to pair textures, coordinate colors, balance shapes and sizesโsheโs making a work of art. So in terms of honoring your vision and creating something magical, trust Ashley with your whole heart.
Now comes to the administrative work. Just when I thought I couldnโt love Ashley more, she created slide deck presentations (oh yes, you read that right) on what I was looking for/my inspo, provided updated proposals every time I added something new to my ask, triple-checked any time I made a change, and was extremely communicative, professional, and responsive. My fastest vendor when it came to email. And Iโll admit, I wasnโt an easy client. I went from having no wedding party to having 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen. I went from no ceremony florals to decorating the whole aisle. (I couldnโt help myself since Ashley has such reasonable prices I could actually afford my dream florals, but also once again, my trials were so beautiful, I couldnโt resist). I changed colors, visions, ideas, and emailed her more times than I can count over the course of many months, and Ashley followed it to a T and kept track of it all.
Ashley showed up to a walkthrough at my venue that was super far just to get to know the space and guide where florals would work best, taking notes, asking questions, and going above and beyond. She didn't need to do that for us. She did anyway. She kept up with all my asks and updates flawlessly. And on the day, she nailed every single item from boutonniere to bud vase.
Side notes:
I had a rosary blessed by the Pope for my wedding, and Ashley handled it with such respect, integrity, and reverence. That says a lot about a person.
My mom, who has worked in florals and crafts for a long time, was speechless when she saw the work Ashley created. When she looked at the internal workings and weaving, she noted just how much time she must have spent handcrafting my floral crown.
When I was walking out with my trial bouquet, I literally had a stranger stop me in my tracks to ask where on Earth I got such beautiful florals and if he can get some himself.
Every time we met, Ashley would bring a little bouquet for me, which was such a cute gesture. I secretly dried all of them to keep.
And finally, Ashley herself. She is caring, tender, sweet, creative, and extremely hardworking. We believe she is blessed by God Himself lol. (But actually, though. She has a gift.) Her talent is unbelievable. I had a special request for a floral crown, and it was THE talk of the night. People would come over and poke it because they couldnโt believe it was real.
Ultimately, if there were more vendors like Ashley, there would be much happier, less stressed brides in the world. And if there were more people like Ashley in general, the world would be a better place. I will miss her. Enjoy her and her florals for me. Let them take your breath away, they will.โ
