Located in the heart of the historic downtown district of Faribault, The 3 Ten Event Venue is the ultimate industrial, urban, chic event venue. The 3 Ten (430 guest capacity) with its NEWLY built Alley Patio, and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft (200 guest capacity) which includes its own rooftop patio have been beautifully restored. Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original hardwood floors, reclaimed barn wood, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls and lots of windows. The Capitol Room is located in the newly renovated historic armory of Saint Peter, Minnesota built-in 1913. The main ballroom is resplendent with over twenty chandeliers and hundreds of twinkling Edison bulbs all under a beautiful original wooden barrel-vaulted ceiling. Complimented by a backdrop of exposed brick and plaster. We have amazing suites for both the bride, groom, and bridal party. These suites have been carefully curated with a mix of modern and vintage furniture and the walls are covered with funky art that is flirtatious and nostalgic.

Glass House is a unique event space in the North Loop of Minneapolis located inside the facility of Hennepin Made, a local company founded in 2011 drawing on traditional glassblowing techniques to craft hand-blown accents that blur the line between everyday object and modern art. The space’s original concrete floors, cinderblock walls, and steel beam construction have been re ned and accentuated by modern elements to create a beautiful backdrop that blends past and present. Our building at 147 Holden Street was constructed in 1955 as a glass warehouse and mirror manufacturing plant for the Ford McNutt Company. Hennepin Made acquired the property in 2016 from Brinn Glass in order to expand their operations and grow their vision to connect people through craft. Thus, Parallel Cafe + Holden Room were created.

Our historic venue is located in picturesque downtown Northfield. This former National Guard armory, built in 1915, includes indoor and outdoor spaces and can accommodate ceremonies and receptions. It features tall ceilings, natural light, barn wood trim, and wood floors.

With the open floor plan and the atmosphere of an east coast art gallery, tables and chairs can be set up for whatever needs your event might have. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time.
