"More than just food"! We are a family owned business which has been serving Waldo, Ohio and surrounding communities for over 25 years. The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. Word of mouth spread of how delicious the meat was and it was quite a conversation piece. In 1999 our catering boomed, and blossomed into a banquet facility where we could catering and host beautiful weddings and events. Hitman Entertainment is owned and operated by Mansfield, Ohio morning radio personality Tony Mitchell. Tony fell in love with being a DJ when he started spinning records at school and church dances as a 16 year old kid in Cleveland back in 1984. Barely old enough to drive, Tony and a posse of high school friends would haul all the heavy equipment in, play the event, and split the $50 fee (pretty good money back then!) among themselves. They usually blew most of the money at Denny's after the gig, but it was never really about the money back then. Tony knew this was his life's calling.
