I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

In the planning phase Ayla was a blessing giving us the confidence that everything was covered and therefore eliminated mountains of wedding stress. She has vendors all over Atlanta & Georgia she sourced & negotiated on our behalf that saves us thousands. We did a 3 day wedding event with 200 count guest list. The moment the weekend kicked off everything was like clockwork with Ayla at the helm. We got hit with rain the day of the ceremony & Ayla with absolute poise handled it like a pro. She was able to pivot to move everything indoors while adjusting timelines, getting everyone where they were suppose to be, and coordinating all the rain changes with all the vendors. It was a such a relief knowing she was our partner for the weekend. We invested so much into the wedding; so knowing Ayla was in charge gave us absolute trust she had it all handled so we could spend our time enjoying the wedding. If you are a stubborn groom like me who thinks you can do it yourself, swallow your pride and hire Ayla. I promise it will be the second best wedding decision you made (your bride being the first of course).

Brooklyn truly made our wedding what it was — we could not have done any of it without her! From the very beginning, she was so easy to communicate with: down-to-earth, organized, and always one step ahead. She even helped connect us with other vendors during the planning process, which was such a huge help. But the real magic happened on the day of the wedding. Brooklyn was everywhere — handling the flowers, the centerpieces, setting up every little detail, and making sure everything ran smoothly. I genuinely don’t know how she did it all while still managing to keep drinks and food in our hands the entire night! She even helped bustle my very complicated wedding dress (I have picture proof!) — somehow figuring it out with total ease when everyone else was stumped. She was so intuitive, always knowing exactly what needed to happen next before we even realized it. Beyond just being amazing at her job, Brooklyn is also incredibly fun and easy to talk to. She brought such a calm, grounded energy to what could have been a hectic and overwhelming day. Because of her, I actually got to enjoy my wedding. That’s a gift I’ll never forget.
