“Armana made our wedding cake for our elopement and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I had so much trouble finding someone willing to make a cake for us because it was a very small elopement, only six people, and it was on a Monday. So many bakeries either never called me back or took weeks to respond. One bakery even quoted me 600 for a six-inch cake. Armana was the complete opposite. She responded, was kind and professional, charged a very reasonable price, and was happy to accommodate the flavor requests I had. Our situation was also a little complicated because our flight to Phoenix arrived the same morning we needed to pick up the cake, and we had to drive it to Sedona. We needed the cake to stay refrigerated for the trip, so I shipped Armana a cooler and ice packs ahead of time. When we arrived, she had everything perfectly packed and ready to go for us. She truly went above and beyond to make this work for us, and I’m so grateful. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and such a special part of our day. I would absolutely recommend Armana to anyone looking for someone talented, reliable, and genuinely helpful.”

“We LOVED working with Sweetened Memories. From the cake tasting (on china plates, water provided, guided by the wedding coordinator) to the communication process in between to our cake arriving at the venue - this place rocks. We ordered a four tiered cake with classic lambeth frosting. We agreed upon two of the layers being funfetti cake with cookie dough filling (you have to try this) and dark chocolate cake with raspberry preserves as the filling. They were, hands down, the most delicious cupcakes and cake we’ve ever had — and we weren’t the only ones who thought so! Not a single cupcake was left by the end of the night. I am a small, one woman-operated home bakery that specializes in custom buttercream cakes and macarons for birthdays, engagement parties, and small weddings. I began as a cake artist in 2020 and have fallen in love with creating realistic buttercream flowers and piping vintage-style Lambeth cakes.

“Shannon is the absolute BEST ! To start off- she is a wonderful and kind person, and made this whole experience a huge treat. The consultation and tasting were easy to schedule and very informative. She always addressed our questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Details on how to store and preserve our cake were provided, along with great communication with our venue. Although we went for a classic almond cake with raspberry filling, she has a huge selection of fun and unique flavors. Shannon got our vision right EXACTLY !
