At Raleigh Cakes, every wedding cake is scratch-made from real ingredients and designed around your vision. We are a licensed, insured commercial cake studio in Wake Forest serving couples throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, and the broader Triangle area. Our lead artist and owner Aurora is Culinary Institute of America trained and a former on-call stand-in for multiple cake shows. Her philosophy drives everything we create: your cake should taste as good as it looks, if not better. We offer wedding tasting boxes, work from your inspiration images, and handle delivery and setup at your venue.

Every layer and filling is made from real ingredients in our purpose-built 2,000 square foot commercial kitchen/bakery and designed to be flavor first whether it is for an intimate affair or 300+ estate event. Aurora's culinary training means design and flavor receive equal attention: your cake should taste as extraordinary as it looks. Collaborative by design. We work from your inspiration images and build something that feels genuinely yours. No minimums. We serve weddings of all sizes with the same care, whether you are serving 20 guests or 300.

    Ordered a two tier cake for my August wedding and it was a hit! Everyone loved the chocolate cake with cookies and creme filling and buttercream frosting. A few guests at the wedding said it was the best cake they've ever had. Very impressed with the responsiveness and service!

    We order an 8"cake with a 5" topper and matching 4 dz cupcakes for our daughter's baby shower. Our cake and cupcakes were a great hit! They were decorated as requested (gold glitter half moons and stars) with the cake being their signature raspberry lemonade filling and all topped with a delicious buttercream icing. Packaged expertly for pick up and prepared on time. Great customer service with communication arriving promptly. Many guests asked who made the cake. Thank you Raleigh Cakes.

    We ordered a custom cake for our 15th business anniversary and had a great experience. They asked great questions and made a cake that was perfectly in line with the photos I shared with them for inspiration. Pickup was easy and the cake was packaged well. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted delicious!

    Raleigh Cakes did the most AMAZING birthday cake & custom cupcakes for my son's 6th birthday with a farm animal theme! Not only was it a gorgeous cake but it was super moist and delicious. They nailed my theme and vision, and they were so easy to work with. I highly recommend!!
