The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe was originally a wedding gift from the first property owner Felipe Subria. Subria’s daughter, Maria de la Garcia, married an American soldier, William B. Dunn, who was a private in General Kearny’s army. Subria gifted the property to William and Maria for $1 in exchange for a promise to care for him and for the ranch. The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe's enchanting lure began over one hundred and sixty years ago. Few would have known that many years later, Subria's gift to his beloved daughter and son-in-law would become the grand wedding venue it is today! Call for more information. 760 643 5268

Victoria Ranch is the perfect place for a local destination wedding. From the breathtaking views overlooking the rolling hills of San Diego to the intimate and nostalgic setting of a vintage property, this is a hidden gem. We offer a completely full-service experience that includes but is not limited to event rentals, catering, florals, and entertainment. Let us turn your vision into a reality. Victoria Ranch embodies the spirit of the coastal mountains it was built upon. On a clear day, stunning views of rolling chaparral give way to the sparkling crystal blues of the Pacific Ocean. The gentle and magnificent presence of Mother Nature surrounds this home that love built.

I had my wedding at Victoria Ranch in February. It was perfect! The location is stunning with beautiful views and a gorgeous sunset – plenty of spots for incredible photos. Our wedding was 80 people and there were tons of spots throughout the property for people to wander, explore, and take photos, while still feeling intimate. We had a happy hour event the night before our ceremony and reception, all of which were catered by the preferred vendor, Chef Joann. The food was incredible. Hands down the best wedding food ever. We ended up staying at the property for two nights with our families and when the weather got chilly at night we ended up moving the party into the ranch itself. The ranch is charming and cozy, full of vintage tchotchkes that made this antique lover's heart melt. Perhaps most importantly, the team was easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding. They were responsive and knowledgeable. I put a lot of trust in their vision and input. It was the best decision because it took a lot of the stress off of planning a wedding, knowing that the catering and venue was in good, capable hands.
