The Place has wonderful memories waiting for you. Two beautiful ponds with fountains, gazebos, stone walkways, and a winding stream nestled in the woods and surrounded by endless white fencing will provide amazing natural backdrops for your photos to capture the special moments of your day. We open our home to the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in our master suite. We also have a room for the groomsmen to get ready in once they arrive, with a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, couch, and arcade basketball. Have your ceremony next to the water, in front of the barn, down by the stream, or inside with beautiful sliding barn doors as your back drop and large pine beams overhead. Whatever you choose, we will customize it to make it all about you. Inside, your guests will appreciate the elegant venue with beams and stone fireplaces. With multiple choices for the placement of the bridal table, or the option of a sweetheart table, you can make “The Place” work for you!

Imagine this: You step onto plush grass that feels cool to the touch under your bare feet. The wind is blowing gently off what appears to be an endless body of water that stretches to the horizon. You walk past the white, sandy beach where a bon fire is burning and hear laughter as friends share drinks and stories. The twinkling lights, music, and dancing beckons you towards a tiki bar where a bartender is serving up fizzy drinks and fun cocktails. You stop. You soak in this moment. You smile as you run towards the dance floor and realize: this is my wedding day.

The timber frame barn was built in 1905. It is 3,300 square feet and can comfortably seats 200 guests, with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. In 2012-2013, it was renovated to restore its original structure. Wagon wheel chandeliers and a unique bar constructed from French wine barrels and the original barn doors were added. The surrounding farmland offers stunning views and sunsets. We have tables, chairs, white china, flatware, ivory or white linen tablecloths and white napkins, burlap runners, mason jars or water glasses, bridal dressing room, and much more. Faraone Brothers Catering offers wonderful food and service. Alcohol is permitted, with use of certified bartenders and licensed security personnel. The barn is a short drive from multiple hotels and B&B's and it has easy access from I-80, I-79, and PA 376. Pittsburgh is less than an hour away.

Six generations of the Patterson family in Chesterland have played their part in connecting people with where their food comes from. Originally built in 1860 along Glen Eden Road, the barn, owned by the estate of Gene and Dee Graham, descendants of early settler of Cranberry Township, Matthew Graham, was slated to be sold as part of a real estate development and eventually torn down. The barn and farmhouse had been in the Graham family since its original construction, but was restored by Gene and Dee in the 1950’s as they started their own dairy farm, Brookvue Acres. For the next half century, the barn was the epicenter of daily life for the Graham family. All six children and numerous farm hands pitched in to help run the dairy. Resigned to spend more time with their grandchildren, the Grahams retired in 1998, happily closing that chapter of their life. Their legacy carries on in Graham Park, a donation of their farmlands to the community, in Cranberry Twp.

Our goal is to preserve it as a peaceful retreat from the busyness of modern life, using it as a home, a small sustainable farm, and a beautiful venue for weddings and special events. We want events at Bath Hollow to reflect the joy, values, and personality of the people they’re celebrating so we aim to offer as much flexibility as possible. We want your day to be stress-free, so all weddings at Bath Hollow Farm include the use of the venue for the full weekend, Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.
