Without Melissa and Kourtney, I would have felt completely overwhelmed. They held everything together with such grace, a fun spirit, and a calm demeanor that was not only infectious but grounding and very much needed on a day filled with heightened emotions. They became more than just coordinators—they were a safe space and a solid support system beyond what I can express in words. We were even treated to a lovely surprise when they sent us some candid background photos they had taken and a lovely bouquet of our table flowers for both me and my fiancée, as well as our parents. Their willingness to step in and handle any task, from filling vases with stones and sand to troubleshooting last-minute issues, was beyond what we ever expected. These women are true superstars. We initially booked MK for day-of coordination because we didn’t realize how much would fall on us. We found ourselves becoming increasingly overwhelmed with all the tasks—decorating, moving decor, coordinating vendors and family photographers, and so much more. “I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.”

“Mike was so lovely to work with! He is prompt, personable, and helpful in all our communications, and we especially appreciated the ease of the planning process when using his app, to choose songs to play, info he needed to know as MC for our wedding night, and timeline planning. As DJ, he kept everyone on the dance floor all night, and kept the energy of the room up flawlessly. The balance between English and Spanish music was perfectly executed, and it’s clear that he knows and loves his work! As MC, he helped us to keep everything running smoothly, and make sure we were cued on time for our events. He made sure to make certain announcements in Spanish for my husband’s family as requested, which was such a nice touch. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Mike and his team, and couldn’t have asked for a better night!”
