Hey there! I am a Wedding and Event Photographer from Fort Worth, Tx. I am new to Zola and I absolutely love it! I started in Family Lifestyle Photography in 2015 and now have recently fully transitioned to Wedding and Event Photography full time. I travel all over with ZERO Travel fees! Some events we photograph are Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Sweet 16’s, and much more including Corporate Events. Our time spent together will be unforgettable and I promise you will make a friend for life with me! :)

I am a goofball at heart, and I am great at making you feel comfortable! I love to make you feel at ease and your cheeks on your face will hurt from laughing so hard! Our time spent together will be a blast! I am new to Zola so bear with me. I can assure you tho I am legit and I love to help couples out by being affordable while getting amazing quality photos!     We had the pleasure of having Erica as our wedding photographer in August, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, Erica was not only professional but also incredibly warm and honestly the sweetest EVERRRR. She delivered our photos right on time, just as promised even after staying extra for us last minute. She remained super positive stayed in contact every week to reassure us every step of the way. She went above and beyond on our wedding day, helping with everything from bustling my train when it broke to pinning boutonnieres on the guys. She even helped with a little bridesmaid dress mishap—talk about going the extra mile! Erica truly became a friend to us on our special day, and her sweet and caring nature made all the difference. To THIS day she is someone i reach out to on the daily. I found a friend for life in her. We’re so grateful for her and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who’s not only talented but also genuinely caring. :)

    I booked multiple great vendors on Zola, but Whimsy Nirvana Photography was not among them. Their communication style was poor and defensive, with multiple excuses made to cover up questionable behaviors. When we asked for a refund that was within our legal right, communication ceased entirely. Dealing with this vendor significantly hampered our wedding experience, as they failed to reasonably deliver.

    Whimsy Nirvana Photography was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! From our very first interaction, the photographer was enthusiastic, prompt, and incredibly friendly. She took the time to understand our vision and worked closely with us to capture all the special moments of our big day. The quality of their work was simply great - they have a very creative and artistic eye that resulted in beautiful, high-quality photos that we will treasure forever. The value they provided was well worth it, and we would highly recommend Whimsy Nirvana Photography to any couple looking for an amazing wedding photographer.

    SHE IS A SCAM ARTIST. We booked Whimsy Nirvana on the recommendation of a friend whose wedding was 1 month before ours. Everything seemed wonderful in our initial communications with her, and booking of the services. On the day of my friend’s wedding, however, no photographer showed up. We were finally able to get ahold of her, only to discover that she was not even in the same state! In spite of saying earlier that week she’d be traveling to the wedding. She was not clear in her explanation of what went wrong, or why she lied about being at the wedding. After seeing what happened at my friend’s wedding, we were obviously very concerned about our own, but she convinced us that it had been a fluke, a bad employee, and she sounded like she was very genuine. She agreed to give us a refund to ease our concerns, and we would pay her the day of our wedding when she showed up (all documented in emails). So we thought she was real. However, she told us we had to get the refund by filing for fraud through our bank, instead of her just giving us back our money. We were not comfortable with this, and when we called her again she agreed to just send us the money, pretending again to be genuine. That ended up being the last time we heard from her - she BLOCKED our numbers, stopped responding to any texts, calls or emails, and completely ghosted us. She did NOT show up for our wedding, and we are still trying to get our money back through the bank. Even though in several emails she said she would refund our money, she is trying to get the bank to cover it instead of her. Everything about this experience was a SCAM, and no one should book with her.

    Oh Katie, I wad completely upfront and honest with you. Heck you even asked for me to make up a whole new contract for you guys and you were going to sign it which included the refund statement and everything in there. You decided not to go with that after I waited for weeks for you to sign it. I was specifically going to go out of my way to accommodate you in any way shape or form, but you never fulfilled your end when it came to resigning the contract stating you wanted to rebook with me which you did state in your text messages. All you wanted to do was redo everything with it restated correctly in a contract, which I immediately rewrote up for you. You both never filled it out nor responded so I’ve been waiting on your bank. Your bank was also not being labeled as a scam or fraud. It was listed as services not rendered because they were not. I waited for your complete signature and I didn’t get that so I proceeded to move forward with canceling services. Communication stopped on your end, not mine. I wish you the best but I as well have text messages with me waiting on your reply. 🥺
