Hey there! It’s Erica. 🤍 I am a Wedding and Event Photographer from Fort Worth, Tx. I am new to Zola and I absolutely love it! I started in Family Lifestyle Photography in 2015 and now have recently fully transitioned to Wedding and Event Photography full time. I travel all over with ZERO Travel fees! Some events we photograph are Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Sweet 16’s, and much more including Corporate Events. Our time spent together will be unforgettable and I promise you will make a friend for life with me! :)

I am a goofball at heart, and I am great at making you feel comfortable! I love to make you feel at ease and your cheeks on your face will hurt from laughing so hard!     Dream Wedding Photographer!

    Choosing a photographer for our wedding was one of the few things I was extremely picky about. Erica was the absolute perfect fit for us! From the first phone to call, forward. Extremely communicative, showed up early, and never made me feel like she was in a hurry to be done. INCREDIBLE photos. But best of all, she felt like a family member at the wedding. It was a June wedding in Texas and she was constantly giving me water, drying my face, making sure I was picture ready. She kept us laughing hysterically, guided and kept 5 young kids intrigued, and made me feel soooo very comfortable the entire time! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! The best of the best! One of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning was booking her and that says a lot because everything went nearly perfect!

    She’s Amazing!!

    Erica was amazing!! it immediately felt like she was a close friend! She was very hard working never stopped moving and getting our photos! She was very interactive with our guest dancing with us just having fun etc. She even helped our groomsmen get ready they were struggling a bit . I would recommend her to everyone she really made our day special!!

    Blessing in Disguise

    Erica is such a delight to have on your biggest day, and I can honestly say, the one who calmed my nerves when she arrived. She could sense their was anxiety regarding scheduling/falling behind, but she made the entire room laugh and relieved much of the pressure from my shoulders. Many of our guests complimented her during the wedding, and complimented her professionalism as well as her care free personality. She made taking pictures a breeze and even assisted on contacting the correct venue personnel when our venue's plumbing faltered. She has been a blessing to work with the past year, and I prayed to meet for someone like Erica on our wedding day. I read most of the reviews for Whimsy Nirvana and it hurts me to see such negativity inflicting on someone who is only human and balancing so much. In a world like today, I would work with such a genuine soul such as Erica again if it meant experiencing the professionalism, generosity, and compassion that Erica gives EACH and EVERY client of hers.

    ERICA is the BEST!!!

    Can I just have to BRAG about my wedding photographer!! Erica is an absolute BEST! I know there have been some past hiccups or misunderstandings (which, trust me, weren’t her fault at all), technology can stink at times, but from the moment I reached out, she was like a guiding light. Seriously. Not only did she capture the most breathtaking photos, but she basically became my wedding fairy godmother. We are seriously best friends at this point which was sooooo needed. She helped me plan the timeline, kept me calm when a bridesmaid had a meltdown, and honestly, she even gave me the best advice when my mother-in-law was being, well a handful. If you’re a Couple looking for someone who will go above AND beyond, she is it. We couldn’t be more grateful! :)

    She is the absolute BEST!!!! :))))

    We had the pleasure of having Erica as our wedding photographer in August, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, Erica was not only professional but also incredibly warm and honestly the sweetest EVERRRR. She delivered our photos right on time, just as promised even after staying extra for us last minute. She remained super positive stayed in contact every week to reassure us every step of the way. She went above and beyond on our wedding day, helping with everything from bustling my train when it broke to pinning boutonnieres on the guys. She even helped with a little bridesmaid dress mishap—talk about going the extra mile! Erica truly became a friend to us on our special day, and her sweet and caring nature made all the difference. To THIS day she is someone i reach out to on the daily. I found a friend for life in her. We’re so grateful for her and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who’s not only talented but also genuinely caring. :)

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 8-12 weeks after your wedding. You will receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your event.

I do! At the moment I don't travel out of the country but I can travel to you! If you are 2 hours away or more from Burleson, tx there will be a small travel fee that we will discuss.
Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. Dates can fill up fast and we don't want to miss out on an amazing opportunity of working together.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I do however know some amazing videographers. I don't mind sending you over their information!
