Hey there! I am a Wedding and Event Photographer from Fort Worth, Tx. I am new to Zola and I absolutely love it! I started in Family Lifestyle Photography in 2015 and now have recently fully transitioned to Wedding and Event Photography full time. I travel all over with ZERO Travel fees! Some events we photograph are Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Sweet 16’s, and much more including Corporate Events. Our time spent together will be unforgettable and I promise you will make a friend for life with me! :)
I am a goofball at heart, and I am great at making you feel comfortable! I love to make you feel at ease and your cheeks on your face will hurt from laughing so hard! My experience with this photographer was an absolute NIGHTMARE from start to finish. She is absolutely and 100% unprofessional and unreliable. She canceled our first engagement shoot last minute after everything was already planned and locked in. This was especially frustrating since we were going to an ice cream shop to take photos I had to pre plan with the shop and make an appointment to go there. She rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice gave us no other choices but reassured us “it was no big deal”. Prior to our lack luster engagement photo shoot experience, she promised us our full album in two weeks and then disappeared for five weeks with no communication all while completely disregarding that I needed the photos to send my invitations by a certain date. She truly showed me how “professional” she was when I had to chase her down to even get a response about my engagement photos. I honestly doubt I would have even got the photos back if I didn’t reach out to ask, because again she is SO “professional”. But the real disaster (yes- it does in fact gets WORSE)- She bailed on our wedding day by email with absolutely zero notice. And she didn’t even have the decency to text, she sent me an email… I wouldn’t have even seen if I didn’t check my email inbox that morning. Who does that? She canceled on us in the middle of the night 9 hours before I walked down the aisle. On a day we needed her most she left us scrambling to fix her failure. It added stress to a day that was supposed to be joyful and smooth. On a day I was supposed to be crying tears of joy and excitement, I was instead crying tears of frustration and disappointment. And to top it all off, she wouldn't even refund us directly-we had to go through our bank to get our money back. Completely unacceptable. If you’re in the market for a photographer who will be unreliable, unprofessional, untrustworthy, and downright selfish- then she is absolutely the photographer for you. However if you are looking for an actual competent professional who not only cares about their craft but also cares about the people and the moments they capture, run far and fast away from this woman. 10/10 would not even recommend her to someone I dislike.

Even more so when communication on my end seemed perfectly fine, or so I thought especially with you. Your responses and sympathy for what I was going through health wise a.k.a. a seizure wouldn’t allow me to travel from TEXAS that weekend to you. You completely understood and allowed it to be rescheduled with no issues and we just had to be mindful of the guests coming in at Ben & Jerry’s. We definitely were and you seemed completely happy with everything, but to say that you had ”lack luster” engagements is a BIT harsh. You even had all of your social media changed to our photos we took along with soo many people in absolute AWE of them. So I am TAD confused on the hostility of that because that was not the impression you gave me in emails and texts. 😔 When it came to your coverage for your wedding day. I had recently hired two unprofessional scammers who I thought had the best interest in my business. They did not. Instead, they were trying to scam my brides out of extra money behind the scenes after a bride notified me. When this came into play I immediately cut all ties and lost a lot especially money wise because of the setback. One being me needing to show up to your wedding because this person had equipment of mine they were refusing to return. I had paid for my flight and everything so that I had to personally get refunded back to me as well. So I didn’t plan to stand you up at ALL. That was the last thing I wanted to do. 🥺 I was actually unbelievably excited! I sat near the airport waiting for this text message to pick up my equipment that I was so gracious enough to allow another photographer to use. This is common in our industry. Soo common. But it didn’t happen. No store in your location was open in time for me to grab what I needed. I asked eveywhere before sending that email. 😔💔 We only emailed because that always seemed best for you. Just like any growing business, we will have our faults for sure. Do I want them to be on your wedding day? Heck no! And I have completely 150% fixed ALL of the issues on this end. I have a total of five brides that were affected and no more after that. With refunds, unfortunately that is the best and most efficient way to refunded that way it protects us both financially on both ends. This is the way I do it, and the way I will always do it. I’ve been scanned by someone in the past and I refuse to ever allow that to happen again. I’m sorry if that process left a bad taste in your mouth, but that’s just how I have done it. This is my passion. I absolutely LOVE it. I truly do but having a Brie disappointed was note in the cards this year and I am absolutely sorry it happened to you. I do offer my Brides a year anniversary session for the setback. You can take me up on that if you would like and I can fly back out to you. Don’t waste your time or money. I found out that Erica was not in the same state as my wedding 45 minutes after she was supposed to show up. I can’t tell if she’s bitten off more than she can chew or is a diligent scammer, but there was no prior indication she would not be there. When I booked her, I spoke to her on the phone and I liked her energy. She agreed to bring her husband as a second shooter and we were going to skip the engagement session. I sent a schedule, list of photos I wanted to have, and Pinterest board in the months and weeks leading up to my wedding and she was responsive to all of it. She was supposed to arrive to town the evening before and I’d invited her to the rehearsal dinner in case she wanted to see the church and reception venue. She said she would be there, but when she didn’t make it to that, I assumed they got in a little later than expected and she acknowledged the text I sent. On Saturday, the day of the wedding, it was silent. My MOH got ahold of her on the phone, but I am convinced the only reason she answered was because she was booked as her wedding photog a few months later too. (Which she has since also gone silent about). Following our wedding, we got an “apology” email without any real explanation of her absence— although, there’s not a reason she could have given that would have been sufficient for not showing up and not informing me that she wouldn’t be showing up. I’m now working with my bank to get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

From the moment we first spoke you knew (it says in on my page) I am out of state and I let you know you were considered destination. 90% of my events are out of state. You even wished me well and said you were excited I get to see a new area of your state! I’m had a medical emergency come up and I immediately emailed you when it happened to let you know. It wasn’t until I found out the lady I hired took MY OWN MONEY and no showed for you. I even updated you on this. I answered the call that morning because I was in absolute shock with what was transpiring and not just because they had me booked too like you mentioned. I immediately sent an apology later with a refund email for the bank to process the return PLUS your deposit. That is in no way shape or form a scam. I was sick to my stomach that this even happened especially on your date. But PLEASE let the truth be known because my texts and emails state otherwise Kylie. Having to backup my name and lay out the truth is sad and it’s left me unbelievably broken. I’ve worked so hard to be the best I can possibly be at my job. I tried to outsource like any growing business when an emergency comes up and ended up being scammed. I wish you guys the best and I am so glad you were still able to have the day captured by your sincere and sweet reply email. This is my life and my passion. You could even tell when you spoke to me. I wish you could’ve experienced this. 😔🤍Do not hire
We hired her for me and my now wife big day. She was prompt and on time. Unfortunately she fell Ill and left early on our day. No big deal. But she has failed to deliver on any of her promises. She has dragged my wife through a emotional rollercoaster with false promises of pictures and a refund for the 3 hours we paid for but no service were delivered. It has been since May 27th. It is now September 29th we have no photos or a refund. You can make all the excuses but this is not how you run a business. Especially on the day of people wedding. Next time just cancel and send people their money back.

Being delayed is not something I have done besides a few events around the same time frame. I almost lost my life and it really delayed me. I would never EVER want that to happen. :( When it comes to your refund I have only had to issue one prior and that is because the Easter service I was covering no longer needed coverage. They proceeded to just contact their bank to reverse the charges which happened within 2 weeks. This was why I mentioned it. I am sorry if that was confusing.I just learned through your review you haven’t stated the process tho. I can provide a email with a refund request as well. I definitely understand your frustration. Lessons have definitely been learned in case of emergencies.The positive is it's been a great journey besides this hurdle that I apologize tremendously for. I have met some amazing clients you and Kaitlin being two. We had a blast that day until I fell ill. This Texas heat was no joke and I can’t apologize enough. i truly adore you both and I wish you guys the best in life. 🤍 -EPlease do not book.
In the beginning before the wedding she was very prompt and receptive. She arrived on time of the wedding day, unfortunately she got sick about 3 hours in our 6 hour contact. We had a family friend who took over. Unfortunately it has been since May 27th and we have not have any photos delivered nor a refund. Just a bunch of false promises and told to dispute with our bank. Will be taking her to court for this. Please look elsewhere. I wish someone would have warned me. I am missing photos of my big day because of this.
