He and his team were recommended to us by a family member, and the entire experience was easy, fun, and a huge success on the big day! We had been to three other weddings during 2023 prior to our own, and in every case, the music was just okay. As a result, we knew that we really wanted someone who was going to show our guests a good time, and Chris DID NOT DISAPPOINT! He absolutely blew us away and enthralled our guests with his selections and mixes. We had family and friends on the dance floor from start to finish, and the music perfectly blended both of our unique musical tastes. Music aside, Chris was also incredibly polite and accommodating. We had to make some last minute changes to the introductions and Chris made it happen without a hitch. “We had Nick Wright as our "master DJ" for our June 2026 wedding at Landoll's Mohican Castle. Nick was AMAZING - he was open to every genre of music; including k-pop, the Lord of the Rings soundtrack, video game music, early 2000s, and more! He walked us through the party pleasers app, which was fantastic. You could upload full spotify playlists straight into the app. The app also breaks down each section of wedding day for every song you may need (ceremony, cocktail hour, cutting the cake, dinner, dancing, etc.). Nick was super nice and was able to do our sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, full dinner and reception, and our grand exit. He was open to all our suggestions; and he brought up things to decide that we hadn't even considered! During the wedding, Nick made sure to check in with us personally and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend party pleasers for the large selection of rentals, lighting, and their amazing DJs -especially Nick! Lastly, Nick was an amazing "game show host" for our scavenger hunt - we made sure the musical chairs were ready, mc'd the entire hunt, and played a different song for each item! The music was amazing - he played all of our must haves, followed our do-not-play list, and had some amazing early 2000s hip-hop mixes.”

“DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

“You can't go wrong with DJ Chris! We worked with him on our wedding day this fall and we couldn't have asked for a more accommodating and easy DJ to work with. Chris communicated with us ahead of the event to discuss music preferences (including a must play and do not play list) and confirmed all the little details to make sure the day went smoothly. We got so many compliments on our party playlist and DJ Chris kept the dance floor rocking the whole night! He also did a great job accommodating requests from our guests and checking in with us to make sure the music at the event was exactly what we wanted to hear. On top of all of that, Chris played the acoustic guitar during our ceremony and really wowed us and our guests at his ability to cover the songs we loved. We couldn't recommend DJ Chris more!”
