We had two separate planning meetings with Brian. The first was mainly an opportunity for us to get to know each other and finalize whether or not to hire him for our big day. We were immediately impressed with his preparation and experience with past events. Brian is not simply there to tell people it's time to eat and then press play on an iPod, rather, he is an MC who helps add valuable and meaningful context to your big day. To do this, Brian will collect lots of data from you. Plan on spending a few hours entering data in his portal where you'll provide information about your day, select songs for your first dance and the dance floor, and provide the details needed to craft your love story. Right before the first dance, Brian sat us down in front of the DJ booth and told the details of our love story for about five minutes. It's a fun way to tell the story to everyone, and it makes the first dance moment feel more special with that context in mind. Brian had lots of ideas for things we could do to add fun and entertaining moments to the evening, and nothing we did felt like we were simply checking a box. Once the dance floor opened, Brian did a great job of keeping everything rocking for over three hours of open dance. The dance floor was crowded all night, and Brian hit pretty much all of the songs we requested. To wrap things up, Brian got everyone to circle the dance floor, and we went around and gave everyone one last hug before we wrapped it up. Again, it was another thoughtful idea that Brian brought to the table. You can count on Brian making your experience less stressful and more enjoyable, so for us it was well worth the investment.”
