Words cannot describe this magical venue- you have to see it to believe it! It's literally breathtaking. The staff were amazing from the early communication to my day of event manager (the two ladies helped me A LOT!). Amanda was someone who I worked with on my multiple visits and she is an absolute gem! The staff helped make my vision a reality and even a month later, people are still raving about our wedding. The venue is so gorgeous (think double deck cabin style) that it needs minimalist decor (they even have a rental room you can use for the decor) because the scenery is more than enough for pictures. The layout of your event is very up to you with multiple options for where you would want the ceremony to be held. I loved using the patio for the ceremony (gorgeous trees as the backdrop), then held the reception inside (main level with bar deck), and had the dancing back out on the patio (the staff cleared the space but left chairs and benches along the outer rim). The nearby fire pit was perfect for a s'mores station and the side of the building has a nice grassy lawn where guests also enjoyed corn hole. The bridal suite is of good size with a full bathroom and a private deck (my ladies and I enjoyed our morning to the fullest), and then there are two other smaller suites (we did groom suite and the other room was to co-mingle). The staff let me plan multiple week day visits prior to my official planning meeting so that I could get measurements for things, scope out the layout and really get my vision put together on my time. My family and friends all loved staying in the treehouses (what a cool experience itself!). The bar is included with the venue (AMAZING packages with more options included in each than I have seen anywhere else- even with the basic package) so I just had to focus on the decor and the food (catering and desserts). You do only get the venue the day-of unless you luck out and pay for early set-up the day prior (I got lucky with my Saturday wedding and was able to come in Friday to decorate but they are normally booked with Friday weddings). Lots of parking made it convenient for guests. I included multiple photos (credit to Travis Lontoc) to help give an idea of the space and how we used it.

From the moment we inquired about Arlington Acres, Sarah and her team were extremely tentative, kind, and thoughtful in their communication. The venue itself is spacious, clean, and easy to decorate, providing excellent value for our wedding. When the weather unexpectedly turned for the worse, I couldn't thank Sarah enough for giving us time to see if it would change, and then being so kind and supportive in quickly shifting everything to the stunning Old Barn at the last minute. The smooth transition and beautiful, versatile spaces with a rustic-modern feel made our day even more perfect than we could have imagined. Our guests raved about the seamless flow from ceremony to reception. We are so grateful to Sarah and the entire Arlington Acres team for their calm, supportive presence that made our special day absolutely wonderful.

It's got air conditioning, a beautiful ceremony area outside, TWO BEAUTIFUL balcony's inside where you can sit guests for dinner or just keep them open. The bar area is big, long and will serve guests inside AND outside the venue. It's awesome! The bathrooms are clean and the "getting ready" area is very well lit! If you are looking for a venue that is not only beautiful, but will make all of your dreams come true, look no further. I would give Bloom and Bower a 10 out of 5 if I could. The value of the venue is extraordinary. It was so wonderful getting to sleep on site at the venue since it is a bed and breakfast, we even had our whole bridal party stay on site and had our rehearsal dinner there. It was so great to not have to leave the property all weekend and not worry about forgetting anything because it was all right there. The greatest part of this venue is the owners themselves. Margaret basically acts as a day-of coordinator and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is exactly how you envisioned. She fixes any problems that arise and if I had a crazy idea her response was always, "let's make it happen." Margaret worked wonderfully with all of our other vendors as well. She called each vendor the week before the wedding to make sure everything was ready to go. She also had so much good advice for life and marriage. The venue also had staff that set everything up and tore everything down, which means our bridal party and family got to enjoy themselves. The staff was so kind and helpful and made everything look exactly like my vision. I didn't even have to hire a florist because Margaret and her staff built all of our centerpieces and ceremony florals from their stock of florals. When you book with Bloom and Bower you also have access to a HUGE (and I mean huge) number of decorations that Margaret has curated, meaning you can spend your money on other aspects of the big day. The communication with the venue was excellent. They always got back to me in a super timely fashion and answered all of my questions (there were a lot of them). The professionalism of Margaret, Thomas and their staff really showed. And all of this didn't break our bank. The gardens are also absolutely gorgeous, as well as the gazebo and inside of the reception barn. I highly, highly recommend getting married here.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Barn in September 2020. In the midst of what was a very trying time with everything going on in the world, we were happy to have such a reliable venue and a good line of communication with Minette. Whenever we needed anything, she was there! Also, the venue itself is lovely, we got so many compliments from guests. The on site bridal suite is the perfect place to get ready and is so convenient to have. Overall; this is a gorgeous venue and a true hidden gem future couples should definitely consider!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Oakwood Lane Weddings on November 9th and it was the PERFECT day! The property is stunning, and the owners, Amanda and Jesh, are so welcoming, kind, helpful, and overall just the most incredible people. Amanda was always checking in with us from the time we first visited the venue until we were cleaning up the morning after the ceremony and helped us every step of the way. She kept us up to date on any offerings they had available and was quick to offer additional services if she felt it would make the day better. We cannot recommend this venue enough and are so excited for other couples to experience the kindness of Amanda and Jesh and the beauty of the property. We got married on October 31st, 2020, and while planning a wedding that year was full of ups and downs and confusions for a multitude of other reasons, All Occasions was a beacon of reliability and clear communication that we were very grateful for. Everything tasted great, many of my guests complimented the meal, and I really love how the table décor looked. As our wedding was Halloween themed, I invited the staff to dress up, and I was happy to see that they did and also had a good time. Friendly, Skilled, and Flexible, I would absolutely recommend All Occasions Catering to anyone planning an event or wedding. My wedding reception was one of the best nights of my life, and I am thankful for the role they played in it.

The venue is absolutely beautiful. The wedding coordinator. Amber is so amazing. She’ll take care of all of your needs. The place really is a one stop shop for ceremony reception catering linen bar. It’s so beautiful you don’t go anywhere else for photos. The bridal suite is very spacious everything about this venue and the people that work here was amazing.

The Four Seasons Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding! Beth and her staff were incredibly responsive, prompt, precise, and easy to talk to throughout the planning process. On the big day itself, they went above and beyond to make everything stress-free. Beth and my wedding coordinator Katie were a true dream team, working seamlessly together to setup and execute our vision. The venue itself provided stunning backdrops for our ceremony and reception, with beautiful outdoor spaces and all well-maintained. Using their rentals also saved us a lot of money. I cannot recommend the Four Seasons Barn enough - between their fantastic communication, seamless execution, and gorgeous spaces, they were integral to making our wedding day perfect! 1000% recommendations this place!
