From the moment we booked The Gardens at Los Robles Greens almost two years ago, their communication was always prompt and informative. Leading up to the wedding, they answered all my emails promptly and always made me excited for my wedding. The venue provided a day for all couples getting married in the next 4-6 months to taste the delicious food options and see the elegant rental displays, which made it easy for us to envision our perfect day. We were getting married in May so our "tasting day" was in the November before. A month before the wedding, we met with the director to finalize the floor plan for our ceremony and reception, and they handled all the setup so everything looked electric, clean, and beautiful. The one challenge I had as a bride was their rule about not having a place to refrigerate the cake prior to it being set out during the wedding, but our baker was able to deliver it at the right time so that it stayed fresh during the evening. The Gardens at Los Robles Greens truly made our special day incredibly easy and stress-free. We are so grateful for their excellent service and stunning venue.

I want the photos of my wedding that I don’t have –; that capture the moments of affection between our family members; that remind us of the little details and big feelings of that day. I want the photos of my father-in-law walking my wife down the aisle, six months before he unexpectedly passed away. Those photos don’t exist. Instead, I have a handful of blurry, poorly edited images, the half-hearted efforts of an amateur photographer who didn’t yet know what he was doing with a camera. At that time I didn’t know the value of a professional wedding photographer, so I didn’t make the investment and it’s one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made.

I have used Jake and Madison with Timestopped Productions multiple times now. They are absolutely amazing at taking your vision and turning it into real life images. Me and my husband have no clue how to pose or be in front of the camera. They are great at making you feel so comfortable and positioning you for the perfect shot. I am in an artistic career field so I deeply appreciate their attention to every little detail. In the past when I’ve used other photographers I have only liked a couple photos out of the entire bunch. With Timestopped productions it’s hard to choose which ones to print, post, send to family because we love every single photo taken. They truly are so talented, efficient, and reasonably priced. Each and every wedding is different and each deserves a unique approach to capture thoughtfully. It is exciting that I get to see into so many different little worlds every day. My motto is to do everything in love, and I feel like that is reflected in my work and attention to detail. Also, its great getting to be around happy people all day!

On your wedding day things go by so quickly and it can be difficult to think back on specific moments or individual details. So, I can't overstress the importance of getting great photos that capture things as they were, rather than just an exciting blur of color and familiar happy faces that your memory will likely be left with. Keeping that in mind, the photographer you choose and trust with such an integral part of your wedding day has to be someone you have full confidence in and, wholeheartedly, I can say that Kiernan meets and exceeds all the expectations of what makes an incredible wedding photographer. She was able to make my (now) husband and I feel relaxed, while also offering VERY helpful and necessary directions of how to pose (down to the way to tilt our head, where to look, where our hands should be, etc) and that was so appreciated! It made me feel so much more confident to know that if something needed to be changed or corrected in order to get the best photo possible, she would notice it and then she’d let us know what we need to do to get that shot. Then, after the wedding, when my husband and I received our sneak peek photos, (which were sent so quickly that we got them while we were still in our post-wedding hotel suite) and we were blown away by how beautiful they turned out. There were so many amazing shots that I loved, I couldn’t pick a favorite... I had at least 10-15 top favorites. To wrap it up, Kiernan is an insanely talented photographer, a true professional and just an overall sweet, lovely person. If you are getting married soon and are looking for a photographer that will be able to deliver photos you will cherish forever AND who will make you feel comfortable and confident while the photos are being taken... I highly recommend Kiernan Michelle Photography, as I sincerely believe she is the best you will find... I know she was for me!

Short version: We hired DJ Aeron from Bouquet sound to DJ/MC our wedding reception this May in Santa Barbara. I could not recommend Bouquet Sound or DJ Aeron in particular more highly. Bouquet Sound was fantastic to work with: transparent, quick to respond, flexible, and very reasonably priced. No notes, great experience. DJ Aeron is just next level. He was a blast to work with and a master of his craft. Once we spent about 45 minutes chatting about our shared music (and video game) taste on our intro call, we knew we'd found the right DJ for us. Aeron's MCing style exudes calm and command -- he's an expert and letting people know what's happening and where they need to be while keeping the mood light without putting the spotlight on himself. Aeron is also just an exceptional DJ, full stop. We shared a Spotify playlist with him a few weeks before the wedding to help him understand our general musical vibe, and he crushed it all afternoon and evening. Aeron read the vibes of the room perfectly, nailed my wife and I's musical vibe, and had some absolutely diabolical cuts and transitions. Aeron is just an incredible DJ and so fun to work with. This is far and away one of the easiest and best hires of our wedding.

Working with the teams at Eden Gardens, Velvet Alley Events, and Command Performance Catering greatly exceeded our expectations! This was the venue of our dreams and definitely worth the price. The venue itself is gorgeous, but it also comes with some great amenities that made it a perfect fit for us (such as the cottage and bungalow to get ready in as well as the accessibility). It was easy for our guests to get to, there is plenty of parking, and the whole space is just beautiful. We loved all of the peacocks and water features - it feels like you're walking into an oasis. The cottage and bungalow were as huge plus for us as we got to hang out and get ready before the ceremony in the AC with our friends and family. Our guests kept telling us how much they loved the venue as well as the Eden Gardens, Velvet Alley Events, and CPC staff as everyone was so helpful and friendly. We are also really glad to have chosen preferred vendors, as everyone worked together seamlessly and knew exactly how to get around the venue. The venue and coordinator teams were extremely thorough with the information they provided and helped us through every step of the process. Soltana was able to answer all of our questions and made sure everything went according to plan. This made the day of the wedding completely stress-free and everything ran so smoothly. We couldn't recommend them more and are so happy to have worked with them!

My husband and I couldn't have been more thrilled with our experience with Brittney! From the moment I met her, I immediately knew I wanted her to be our photographer. At a wedding showcase with 30 other photographers, she was the only one I felt comfortable with. She felt like a friend from the start. Before the wedding, Brittney was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and helping us plan all the perfect shots and details. She knew what to ask and was so patient with us throughout the entire planning process. One of the standout moments from the wedding was when our 1-year-old daughter, who was the flower girl, had a full-on meltdown. Despite the chaos, Brittney was incredibly patient and worked some kind of magic to capture the most gorgeous and creative photos with our screaming toddler! I truly dont know how she did it but we got great shots of everyone. She was even patient with our dog who had to take frequent breaks from the heat! The pictures turned out amazing, and we are so grateful for her patience, her creativity, and her ability to capture the true essence of the day—even the most challenging moments. We had a very small outside ceremony in Long Beach with only our immediate families. Brittney felt like an extension of our family being there. I truly felt so comfortable with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who is not only talented but also calm, professional, and a joy to work with!

I had an event to attend and honestly just wasn’t up for doing my own makeup. something I think a lot of people can relate to. At first, I worried I might not even be able to find someone, since so many makeup artists focus only on bridal. But when I reached out to Catt, she immediately put me at ease and let me know she does special event makeup all the time! She came to my home with her full setup and created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The look she gave me was the perfect balance of polished and fun for the night. I need space for more than 5 stars! Oh Julia, from the bottom of our hearts we can not thank you enough for giving us the most perfect and memorable ceremony. The ceremony portion of the wedding day was very important to me so we did a lot of research on a professional that would make the ceremony so special and marry us. From the beginning of our meeting, Julia was professional, on time, kind and very thorough in explaining everything. We had the opportunity to customize our ceremony to the T. Of course we used Julia's base for the ceremony but we also added a lasso component to it and had it be bilingual. My husband really liked adding in "Hasta que la muerte nos separe." and I really liked adding in a moment of prayer after the lasso ceremony. JULIA never told us no. She was always positive, provided insight and provided many options. EVEN the option to choose her outfit to go with our wedding colors and theme. After the wedding ceremony... I received so many comments from different friends and my bridal party on Julia " where did you find your officiant?" "She looked so stunning" " Your officiant was very graceful and treated us nicely when looking for the rings and vow books" " I was surprised she spoke Spanish so well" Having Julia as our officiant made everything 10x better. Her voice is soothing and she takes the right amount of pauses in the speeches and really allows you to soak in the moment. Her voice is crisp, calm and she kept things interesting. WE ARE SOOO HAPPY JULIA MARRIED US! I only have positive things to say and bear in mind, I myself am on year 7 as a wedding vendor in the wedding industry...
