There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018 The Melody Event Center offers five distinct event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and offers flexible floor plans for every occasion. The elegant Melody Ballroom is nearly 6,000 square feet, welcoming up to 400 seated guest or up to 800 standing. The Melody Ballroom stands as our crown jewel with 30 foot high ceiling trimmed in gold, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful hardwood floor. We offer four additional spaces; The Morrison, Hawthorne, Portlandia and Broadway perfect for smaller events and meetings. Each room features this historic buildings original large scale windows displaying beautiful natural light. The Melody Event Center is a full service venue offering; onsite catering, offsite catering upon request, bar services, parking, A/V services, custom lighting, room setup, decoration packages and event planning.

Archer Vineyard has three event spaces to choose from: Our vineyard tasting room and winery in Newberg, tasting room in Dundee, and clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort. All three venues offer options for weddings of all sizes - from micro-weddings to weddings in the winery for 150 guests. The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. You may use the tasting room, patio and deck for events up to 75 guests or add the winery to your rental and host up to 150 guests. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. There are three patios too where you can enjoy vineyard views. The Clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort offers vineyard views from its banquet hall and patios. Accommodations are also available as we have private cottages, Airstreams and RV spaces available for rent.

This historic building has been thoughtfully updated, keeping many of the original details while adding a modern touch. The building features a second floor ballroom with exposed rafters and hanging café lights, elegant hardwood flooring, and tons of natural light. A large kitchen and serving room is conveniently located just next to the ballroom as well as two private suits for guests. *All tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, surround sound PA system, wireless microphones and overhead projector. *We offer an open vendor policy which means that you may bring in outside caterers and alcohol for no additional fee.
