“I have had the pleasure of using 3 C's Catering several times, for small events at my home, catered lunches all the way up to my daughter's wedding and my mother's celebration of life. And I have attended many events where 3 C's Catering was providing the food services. Everything is always perfect. The food is amazing! No matter what it is, from simple sandwiches, to top round of beef, everything is prepared deliciously. It's always fresh, hot and yummy! REAL mashed potatoes, tender meats, fresh everything. And the staff. so delightful. I attend a monthly lunch meeting, where they rotate the catering staff. 3 C's staff are the only ones who walk around the ballroom and collect plates from the attendees, and ensure that nothing else is needed. The other catering companies don't bother to pick up dishes or clear tables, they leave it for the guests to do. I will continue to use them any time I have an event, and will always recommend them to anyone having a function. When we had my mother's celebration of life for 100 people, and I saw the 3 C's staff walk in, I knew I didn't have to worry about anything to do with the food service. It was a relief knowing that they were there, and that I could have confidence that everything around the food would be perfect.”

“Susan and her team were amazing! I started working with Susan in 2018 planning my daughter’s wedding. Covid cancelled the 2020 wedding, so let’s fast forward to October 2023! Five years working with Susan and her team! What can I say about Susan, from the beginning she made me feel like part of her family and she will always be part of our family. That means a lot when you connect with your vendors. When I met Susan, we clicked, and I knew she was the one to cater and help me plan my daughter’s wedding. Susan was there for me to get through the Covid nightmare and finish planning the 2023 wedding. Which was beautiful and elegant. When Covid hit the March 2020, the wedding was cancelled just about 2 weeks before the wedding date. Susan was there to help guide me with all the vendors and rescheduling. Susan went above and beyond to make my daughter’s day so perfect. She was always there for me for whatever I needed or had any questions and all the way from the numerous emails/pictures I would send, to all the planning and food tastings, which we loved and enjoyed. The food tasting helped us pick the food for the wedding. I love how customizable and creative Susan provided to us. The Catering was the most important thing for us at my daughter’s wedding and they blew it out of the park. They did not forget any detail which was very important to me. Too setting up on the wedding day to her team having the appetizers and cocktails waiting for Alex and Isiah and the wedding party after the ceremony & they also had their food plated (we had a buffet style) for them at dinner which made it incredibly easy for them to eat before they mingled with the guests. I wanted to be with my daughter getting ready on her special day, and Susan and her team did everything! Setting up all the tables and chairs to setting up all the centerpieces. They even packed up everything, we did not have to do one thing, everything was very well organized. Picking Susan was one of the best decisions I made, she even recommended other vendors for us. I highly recommend Susan from Catering by Robert. You would not regret working with her and her team. I could go on and on but truly thank you for everything, Susan. You are the best in the business!”

While my daughter and fiancé were the only ones at the tasting, they came back thrilled. Wedding day, the team showed up right on time, set up outdoor chairs and began doing place settings. They basically ended up acting as partial wedding planners for us, helping us lay out the flow of the evening, and helping us find ways of savings money where possible. Every detail was perfectly planned and executed. They dedicated a server to me and my husband for cocktails so that we could eat between chatting with guests and so our needs were met. They figured out how to do a wedding cake tower of banana pudding when we decided we didn't want a cake. I wish we could get married again so I could work with this team and eat their awesome food”
