WOW IDEAS

Event Designer, Decorator & Catering Specialist

WOW IDEAS is an event design, décor, and catering company based in Clearwater, Florida, serving the Tampa Bay area. We create beautifully styled appetizer and grazing tables, custom food displays, salads, hot dishes, desserts, and personalized menus. We also provide floral arrangements, backdrops, arches, balloon installations, centerpieces, table décor, linens, candles, signage, photo zones, and event rentals. Every celebration is customized to match our client’s vision, style, guest count, and budget.

What sets WOW IDEAS apart is our ability to combine food, décor, and event styling into one cohesive experience. Instead of coordinating several different vendors, our clients can work with one creative team that brings the entire vision together. From an elegant appetizer table to florals, arches, backdrops, and carefully selected decorative details, everything is designed to complement the event and create a beautiful, memorable atmosphere.
