“Our entire experience with The Stone Mill 1792 was absolutely amazing! From the moment we found the venue, we knew it was exactly what we had been looking for. The property is gorgeous and provided the perfect setting for the outdoor, tented wedding we had envisioned. And thankfully the weather worked with us the whole weekend!! Michael and Matthew were wonderful to work with from the very beginning. One of the things that truly sealed the deal for us was learning that The Stone Mill could also provide live music through their own music chamber, Two Rivers Chamber Music. My husband, Joell, had always wanted a string quartet for our ceremony, so when we found out that we could have our dream venue AND easily incorporate something that was so important to him, it honestly felt like fate! Another huge perk is the amount of décor The Stone Mill has available in-house. You could absolutely utilize their collection throughout your wedding, or, like we did, use it to supplement your own décor. I had a very specific vision and brought a lot of our decorations myself, but their collection was incredibly helpful for filling in those last few gaps. Our coordination team, Allyson and Brandy, was also fantastic. They were always prompt with communication, especially during those last few crazy weeks leading up to the wedding, and were consistently accommodating and helpful. We also held our rehearsal dinner at the venue the Friday before our wedding, and the entire team was so patient with us and incredibly helpful as we worked through setting up the meticulously organized Uhaul of decor bins we had traveled there with. As the bride and very much the mastermind behind all of our décor setups, I definitely had moments during setup where I felt like a chicken with my head cut off, with everyone calling my name and asking where things needed to go! Brandy was so reassuring and kept reminding me that anything we didn't get to or any last-minute details I was worried about would be completely taken care of by their team on the wedding day. And she was absolutely right. Their team was so detailed and thorough that once our wedding day arrived, I genuinely didn't think about the setup once. Having our wedding at The Stone Mill 1792 was truly a dream come true. The venue is beautifully maintained, the team is wonderful, and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to get married. Anyone dreaming of a beautiful outdoor wedding with a tented reception should absolutely consider reaching out to The Stone Mill 1792. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our wedding everything we hoped it would be!”

“Where do I even begin?? The Drumore Mill is an oasis. Surrounded by farm land and nestled in a dark green wood, it feels like you’ve entered into a fairytale land. The moment my fiancé (now husband!) and I stepped onto the Drumore Mill property, we knew we needed to exchange our vows here. We got married in the Grist Mill beside the waterfall. I always wanted an indoor/outdoor wedding but hated the idea of a tent wedding. The Grist Mill building is an open air but covered area with tall wooden beams and lots of open windows to allow sunlight in. Thuy was a pleasure to work with throughout my long engagement. She answered all my questions and even showed up the day of my wedding to wash windows at the reception barn! You can tell she really cares about the Drumore Mill. Look, there are a lot of places you can get married. But the Drumore Mill is special because you can return to it. They have charming rustic houses on property you can stay in. You can host a family reunion or a smaller vow renewal ceremony or just go on an anniversary trip there. How many other couples do you know who can stay the night at the place they got married? Because that’s what my husband and I did. We spent our wedding night on property, steps away from where we exchanged vows. We got to wake up the next morning and walk the beautiful grounds of the Drumore Mill taking in all the scenery and relive the memories from the day prior. One of our guests approached my husband during the wedding and said “I want my daughters to get married here”. You can’t get a better compliment than that! So in short, if you’re looking for a one of a kind place, where nature and architecture blend together, and you can return there to reminisce with loved ones—then consider the Drumore Mill. See for yourself what beauty I’m talking about. Because I know my husband and I can’t wait to go back!”

“We used the General Potter Farm for our wedding May 4th, 2024 and it was amazing! They have a ton of outdoor ceremony options, but it rained on our wedding day but we were in luck as the GPF has an indoor option. They also have a large getting ready space for the bride and bridal party. I also recommend staying in the farmhouse (though it is an additional cost). It made things so much easier for us being on the property (also - rent the golfcart)! Keep in mind- they do not have tables or chairs so you will need to rent them elsewhere. We did not understand this when we first booked and got hit with a large rental fee a few months prior to the wedding. Yikes! Binky and Deb are so helpful and amazing to work with and are very easy going. I definitely recommend the GPF!”
