Allyson was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, thorough, fun, I-got-this-everyone-go-have-fun-and-don't-think-about-it coordinator! We interviewed a few coordinators local to the venue (Charlotte, NC) and couldn't find anyone as knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with as Allyson. So, we decided it was worth it to pay for her travel expenses and have her execute our big day :). She had the perfect balance of making sure everything was discussed and taken care of while also keeping us calm and avoiding any opportunity to feel overwhelmed. We can't recommend Allyson Reese and Maebell Event Coordinating enough! She went above and beyond, picking up linens, making the flowers look perfect, bringing us our drinks of choice throughout the reception, and hitting the dance floor when everyone needed that extra boost of joy. Shanna and Ashley are true masters of their work. My fiance and I originally were looking for a day-of coordinator but these two went above and beyond. Through the planning process I felt as though I had someone to help me with each step of the way. When I couldn't find a caterer, they reached out to people they personally knew. When I realized I didn't have many decorations, they had some to rent me. When I didn't order enough cups (read those descriptions thoroughly people!), they quickly went out to get more. For the day-of, I had no idea of any issues; nor were they going to tell me until after the wedding. From our first phone meeting to the send-off Shanna and Ashley truly made our day perfect. I originally wasn’t going to have a wedding coordinator, I had recently quit my job so I thought I wouldn’t need one since I had time to plan, but then I did some research and learned that our wedding day would be less stressful if we hired one. I looked online and found Kaitlyn and I liked her from the first call, she was very polite and kind. We hired her as day of coordinator, but she was available for my questions all the time which was very impressive to me. We had our first meeting with my fiancé and her a little over a month before the wedding and it was always evident to us how organized, professional, and good at planning she is. She also coordinated meetings with the venue, created a perfectly smooth timeline targeted to our preferences, and even shared her expertise when we were making final decisions. We were very pleased working with her until that point, but we really understood how lucky we were to have hired her on our wedding weekend. She organized our rehearsal and our wedding in such a flawless way that we didn’t have one worry in our minds for the whole weekend. She was diligent but kind when organizing our vendors and family members. She coordinated everything so both our venues (ceremony and reception) did everything exactly as we wanted, and she won both my fiancé’s and my family’s hearts with her amazing personality and hard work. We were incredibly pleased with all our vendors, and we wouldn’t have changed anything about our wedding, but our best decision was definitely hiring Kaitlyn. No one had such an immense impact as she did. Words can’t describe all she did for us but to mention some examples: she always had water bottles ready for me and my husband in the ceremony, and when we were taking pictures, she carried my veil while we walked through the St Augustine streets, she BOUGHT US SNACKS from Starbucks after the ceremony and didn’t even want us to venmo her, I was sick and had been losing my voice since the rehearsal dinner and she bought me a tea she had heard about on TikTok that saved my voice in time for the reception, she and her wonderful assistant Sam took the flowers for the grooms family in their car all the way to their Airbnb so they would have them in time for the pre-wedding photos, and they took all the cards and decorations to our hotel room after the reception, and many many other things I wouldn’t have time to finish mentioning. All I can say to finish is that you rarely find people as smart, professional, resourceful, organized, passionate about their work, person as Kaitlyn is, but above all she is a wonderful and kind hearted human being, whom we were tremendously blessed to have had as our wedding coordinator. We couldn’t recommend her enough and we are forever grateful for making our wedding day better than we could have imagined.

The Crystal Ballroom Saint Augustine was the perfect venue for our wedding. The communication with the staff was excellent - we could text, call or meet with them anytime, and they made wedding planning stress-free. The team felt like friends who had our best interests in mind. The venue itself is luxurious and elegant, well worth booking for a special event. They provide nearly everything you need besides a few vendors, making coordination easy. Our day-of planner Carlie took charge so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything. Details like our private meal were beautifully arranged. I highly recommend the Crystal Ballroom for any couple's big day - you can feel confident putting your event in their experienced hands!

We absolutely loved working with Meant To Be Productions (M2B). Our wedding video exceeded our expectations! M2B took the time to understand what moments were important to us and ensured that those moments were included in our video. The video is absolutely beautiful, they even captured so many important and fun moments and expressions that we didn't realize occurred until we watched the video. We both still tear up every time we watch it! They also provided us with all of the 11 hours of raw footage of our wedding day/reception in an organized fashion and and it has been fun watching all of the details of our ceremony, dance and other moments that were summarized in the video. They were very professional and extremely responsive. We got married in June, in the middle of the pandemic, and their flexibility and responsiveness were very much appreciated as we were dealing with various possible scenarios. They were very easy and enjoyable to work with throughout the wedding day. They worked well with all of our other vendors and our entire family enjoyed working with them. The Lightner Museum was a wonderful venue for our wedding celebration. From the very first interaction, their communication style was quick, smooth, yet a bit complicated at times. However, the quality of their work and overall value was truly phenomenal. The historical elegance of the space provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. When traffic was terrible and we couldn't find parking, the staff even went to my car to retrieve the linens, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. While a few minor decor items were overlooked, the guests were none the wiser, and it was still a lovely evening from start to finish. We're so grateful to the Lightner Museum team for helping to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

I'm a new vendor to Zola however I've been planning weddings and events for the past 15 years! It all began when I sharpened my skills in floral arranging, event planning, and luxury hospitality while working at a private estate. During this time, I also opened my wedding planning business which led me to coordinating the majority of my weddings in San Francisco and Napa. Fast forward to 2025 and I've moved across the country from Northern California to Ponte Vedra, Florida and I'm loving the laid back beach lifestyle with my husband and kids! I look forward to assisting new couples with their dream wedding!

About a month and a half before our wedding, we decided to hire Katelyn to be our wedding coordinator. We really needed someone to step in and tie everything together and she was the right person for the job. She dove in head first and took charge! With such short notice and limited time, Katelyn was able to help us finalize our wedding plans. She helped us make final decisions on different aspects of the entire wedding, while coming up with ideas and choices we hadn’t even thought of. Not only did Katelyn ensure that our wedding timeline flowed smoothly, she did all of the flower arrangements, set us up with a DJ, and created the layout for the wedding and reception. She saved the day for me when the bouquets I had ordered turned out horrible. With the extra flowers she had leftover, she was able to create new bouquets that turned out beautiful. Katelyn is a true visionary. She is very ambitious, energetic, artistic, creative, and she provides professional customer service. Katelyn didn’t just treat us like “another client”, but as friends. She truly cared about us and our wedding, wanting to make it a very memorable experience. Anyone who has planned a wedding, or big event for that matter, knows the stress that comes along with it. Katelyn was able to take a majority of that stress off our plates and let us enjoy our big day. For that, we are truly grateful.
