The chefs create seasonal menus that incorporate produce & artisan goods. Aside from fresh local food, late night snacks, sweet treats, the team assists couples in planning everything from custom food & beverage menus, event staffing and rentals.

East Coast Catering & Events has a number of menus that are inspired by the seasons. This ensures quality ingredients in every bite. Couples can customize their food options too, and our chef's will happily tweak the dishes to suit their tastes. Global cuisine from every corner of the world is available, even a specialty sushi menu through these talented chefs. Any particular dietary requirements can be catered for, from gluten and dairy-free options to vegan meals. When it comes to events, the team can guide to-be-weds from venues to cocktails & dreams.

The food was absolutely incredible — beautifully presented, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every dish, from the hor dourves to the main dishes, was a hit.     Delicious American cuisine! Chefs arrived on time and served appetizers, main course, and desserts!! They were very efficient and professional. Food was exquisite and tasty which the guests enjoyed. Thank you for making my wedding so special, it added the WOW! factor to a special occasion. Everything went smoothly from planning stage to delivery. They catered to all my needs and delivered as promised! Highly recommend them for your next event!

    We loved working with East Coast Catering & Events. They had a large variety of options as far as services and as far as menu items. Their service at the wedding was excellent and professional. They included cutting and serving of our cake, which was very helpful. They also provided table settings for our wedding, including linens. Overall, a great experience! Would highly recommend.

    Best wedding food ever!! We had a great time at our tasting (and even got to bring a couple of friends) and the process working with East Coast Catering & Events was so smooth throughout. We had multiple changes to our menu due to budgeting and John handled everything in an efficient and helpful manner. Our guests loved the food and we did too. Thanks again!
