“AMAZING! We met Jenny through a friend’s wedding that she was a part of. We were very impressed by the wedding and how smooth everything was. When we got engaged, she was the first call we made. We can’t say enough good things about Jenny. You’re hiring not only the best planner in the area, but a genuinely good person. From the consultation meeting onward, Jenny made the entire process, smooth, fun, and low-stress. Any concern, question, or problem, she was ready to help. We booked only a mid-level package, but she was there for us day and night, answering questions, providing solutions, and working her magic. She is truly dedicated to her couples and makes you feel special, seen, and heard. To make our lives easier, Jenny was always willing met with us outside of normal work hours, something that is extremely kind for someone with a family at home. We loved these meetings and always left feeling so excited and with less stress. If anything was stressing us out, she made it easier and less stressful. She helped communicate with vendors and do other behind the scenes work to put less on our plate leading up to the big day. Our vendors love working with her (they ALL told us) and some even have discounts with her. While a wedding planner is an investment, it is relatively small compared to wedding costs in general and she helped us save significant money in other places. She can be as hands on as you’d like her to be. You’re hiring a professional and your day will be incredible. She’s prepared for any variables and curve balls and will help make your day special. With her, you’ll have detailed timelines, an open line of communication, and someone that wants your day to be everything you dreamed of. When the ceremony is over and you just need a few minutes alone to gather yourself, she will have a private spot for you and your favorite cocktails waiting. Even though I was nervous, she did everything in her power to help calm me down and make sure I was comfortable. She also worked closely with our decoration company, which was amazing! “Having Reagan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding! I was a bit lost in the beginning of as to what the coordinators role was vs mine, especially since I struggle to delegate normally! Reagan was so helpful and clear into what our next steps should be, and what she would take care of etc. What I was absolutely amazed by was how she did it with such ease. She completely took the stress away which was the most incredible feeling, especially the week of our wedding! Our biggest concern for our wedding week was transportation, especially since about 80% of our guests were flying internationally, and also due to location of wedding not having any Uber's... We had hired on a transportation service who Reagan then managed. Myself and my husband didn't have to worry about it at all, for the whole week! It was amazing and it ran so smoothly thanks to Reagan! On the actual wedding day, Reagan made sure that we were able to just enjoy ourselves, and she did everything behind the scenes (managing the timeline, setting up the reception just to my vision, communicating with other vendors etc.) The whole day, where I had expected to feel stressed and worried about everything, I instead felt SO relaxed. It was the strangest, yet most incredible feeling to just be able to enjoy the day which you've spent a year planning. We will forever be grateful for Reagan's help, and looking back at our wedding day makes us smile so much. It truly was perfect. We got married at The Madison in Cleveland on September 6, 2026, and from the first planning session to our last dance, Brooklyn had it handled. As a health professional, I thought I was organized, but Brooklyn… wow…. She is unbelievable. Unfailingly calm, consistent and somehow always three steps (not just one!) ahead of whatever was about to come up. Any vendor question, any timeline shift, any small detail we forgot about, she had already thought through it. When our original officiant situation fell apart, Brooklyn stepped in and officiated herself, and she made it feel like that had been the plan all along. The ceremony was warm, personal, and completely us. There wasn’t a single dry eye after the wonderful ceremony she led. Did I mention she was literally our florist as well? What can’t she do. What stood out most was how much pressure she absorbed. She coordinated with all of our vendors so we barely had to, she kept the day running on schedule without ever making it feel rushed, and on the wedding day she gave us the one thing you can’t buy: the ability to actually be present at our own wedding. A present we are both going to be grateful for forever. Michaela and I never once felt like a transaction.
