“Fair Oaks Farms was a nice venue for our wedding, though their communication style was a bit minimal on the actual wedding day. The quality of their work and value was very nice - the servers were attentive and helpful throughout the evening. However, when our official reception time was up at 11pm, the staff turned on all the lights and rushed us to gather our belongings and vacate the reception hall immediately. This made the end of our special night feel a bit abrupt and hurried. Overall, Fair Oaks Farms provided a pleasant setting for our wedding, but could improve the communication and transition at the end of the night.”

“i got married May 25th, 2024 at the design barn! from the food to the space itself to Alex (coordinator)…everything was perfect. this wedding venue was the first one we looked at when we were hunting but NOTHING came close to the design barn. its charm and decor fit perfect with my vision and made pictures perfect. its now 4 months later after the wedding and we STILL get the best compliments of having the best food people have ever had at a wedding (yes the short rib ravioli is THAT good-thanks Chef!) i love the space 1) for the men to get ready because that was very important to have everyone together the day of and 2) having two bars meant no waiting for drinks so everyone can get back to the dance floor and enjoy the night! i recommend this place x 100 for anyone wanting a stress-free, gorgeous day or night of celebration! “Had our wedding 9/14/24. Absolutely amazing. Katy was so helpful and attentive and made planning a breeze. The staff were absolutely amazing and helped every step of the way. They would bring me drinks or anything I needed, helped carried my bouquet when I was walking with my dress, and even brought the golf cart around from the train since we were running late for our first dance. We rented out the slide and train and both were a HUGE hit. Everyone the next day raved about how much fun they had and it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. The staff even let the slide go for another half hour since the kids (and adults) were having so much fun. Definitely recommend this venue if you want a rustic vibe.”

Amazing, photogenic, the vibe here is relaxed, be who you are, have fun and celebrate life. This amazing huge barn built in 1947 with golden chandelier overlooking the head table is in it's own class. A very unique features of the barn is the second floor overlooking the head table for a gallery type feel. Outside is the flower garden with pergola where the outdoor wedding can take place. Then capping the evening relaxing by the gas firepit watching the sunset with the string lights overhead. Stay, relax and get prepared in your own bridal suite in the three bedroom farmhouse built in the 1890's as the gentlemen get ready in their own groomsmen quarters. One amazing aspect for the wedding package is it’s a standard three day booking. Families arrive on Friday and check out on Sunday. This gives them time to relax and take the whole experience in. Plus the time is spent making their wedding their own. This is the place for imagination and creativity to really shine.

We're a working regenerative farm. It's actually an old bootleggers farm of Al Capones. Today we raise world class heritage breed pork, lamb, chicken & beef. We raise some of the finest regenerative produce around and are proud to be a fine food focused venue despite our laid back farm style approach. We have 120 acres, a gorgeous pond and creek for sunset vows and a central courtyard area with a historical barn (currently in remodeling, hence discounts). For rain days, we have a 40x60 barn that we can transition activities into for the evening. For extra large events, we have tented service in the field with full furniture and ancillary tent options. We offer dance floor space in the barn, full bar, farm tours (always nice during photo hour), engagements and even our farmstand is open during regular hours if your guests feel the need to shop.
