The Little Herb House is a rustic wedding venue in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are a Christian based, family owned wedding venue located in our hometown of Ellerbe, NC! The venue was built for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding in the fall of 2023. It was built as an act of love between an extremely close family.

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

Initially, the 62-acre Het Landhuis Estate was part of a 1,000-acre farm owned by the Henderson family who operated a tanyard in the area, making saddles and other leather items. One day a future bride drove past Het Landhuis; she stopped in the main driveway and asked if she could get married there. That conversation changed the course of the estate, and Het Landhuis had its Grand Opening in 2010. Het Landhuis is not your ordinary location for a wedding; this becomes obvious once you visit the grounds and look at the eight different venues the estate offers. Het Landhuis presents you with a magical setting for your storybook wedding!

Imagine all your favorite people in the most beautiful setting of 60 private acres located less than 5 miles to downtown Chapel Hill, NC, very close to all the hotels, restaurants, only 30 minutes to RDU Airport, and yes, Uber/Lyft and shuttles come to our farm.  We include all your Wedding Planning, a Day of Coordinator, all your décor, tables, chairs, centerpiece items, graphic design services, and we're here every step of the way to bring your wedding vision to life!  Our Barn is 7,000 sq. ft., rustic, yet refined, and includes an elegant and spacious Dressing Suite, a separate modern Log Cabin for a secondary dressing suite, gourmet kitchen, spacious restrooms, and a 1,000 sq ft loft. Enjoy our 3,000 outdoor patio with our stone fireplace, wrought iron gazebo, all overlooking our 4,000 lavender plants.
