“We had our wedding at Saxon Manor on March 13th, and somehow what’s “supposed” to be an unlucky day turned into the most perfect and lucky day for us. From the moment we started planning, the entire team at Saxon Manor made the experience feel easy, organized, and genuinely exciting instead of overwhelming. Having an all-inclusive venue made such a difference, and every single person involved went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for. Our coordinator, Kaley, was truly the heart of it all. She helped us pick decorations, answered all of my questions with so much patience, and made sure every little detail came together beautifully. On the wedding day she kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we could just be present and enjoy the moment. She even packed us to-go boxes of food so we wouldn’t miss out on dinner — such a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that meant so much. The food was absolutely amazing. Our guests are still talking about it! The chef did such an incredible job and every dish received rave reviews throughout the night. DJ Beezy kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all evening. The dance floor stayed full and the atmosphere was so fun and joyful — exactly what we wanted for our celebration. Our photographer, Shawna, was also incredible. She was so thorough and intentional throughout the day, but what meant the most was how she checked in on Austin and me when things started to feel overwhelming. Those small moments of care made such a big difference and reminded us to slow down and soak everything in. We also worked with Westover’s Flowers next door, and they absolutely nailed our vision. The flowers were delivered right on time and were so beautiful — they tied everything together perfectly and made the space feel magical. Our cake and desserts from Pam at Edible Pleasures were another huge highlight. Her baking was so delicious that guests were literally fighting over the leftovers at the end of the night! Most importantly, the entire Saxon Manor staff made us feel so supported and taken care of the entire day. Everything ran so smoothly and we truly felt like we could relax and enjoy every moment with our friends and family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better team to trust with such an important day. Friday the 13th has always been and will always be a lucky day for us, and we will forever be grateful to Saxon Manor and all the wonderful vendors who helped make it unforgettable.”

Our nine acre property provides perfect backdrops for your most special moments! Five acres of active grapevines surround our Farmhouse, which was built all the way back in 1900 and still features some of the original flooring and as well as the wood staircase. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. Draping the front of the Farmhouse, our reception area features 3,000 square feet of covered space with all new lighting and sound.

“Where to start... We had our wedding at Wildwood Vineyard and Events 3/4/23. From the moment we stepped foot on the property, the first handshake with Keisha, I knew this is where we were meant to get married. That first day 6/24/22, my now husband and I, sat down with Keisha and her husband, Phil. We had the entire wedding planned in 4 hours. The food, dj, photography, colors, decorations, the bar. This is not your typical "pick a package" venue. Keisha makes your dream wedding come true around YOUR budget. She does the leg work. You tell her what you want, and she makes it happen. I felt like I was working with family the entire time, as if we've known them forever and this was the first time meeting. Keisha and I talked almost every day after that. The day of the wedding was flawless. Not one thing went wrong. They surprised me with my wedding song, sung live. They were active the entire night. Whatever we needed, they were there. I could not have asked for better. It was a dream come true. The property is beautiful, well kept, and decorated. They have games and gorgeous, caged in fire places. Not only do they do weddings, but they also host events and are open to the public. We are so blessed to have come across this amazing couple. They really do it all, and we are forever thankful for them!!”

“We got married on April 26, 2025, and could not have chosen a better venue! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how gorgeous the property was! It truly feels like you're not in Florida. The setting created such a magical backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. My mom suggested this venue. It was one of the last venues we toured. I was feeling discouraged because many other venues make you use their vendors, and the time is limited for the wedding day. Having access to the venue for the entire day made our wedding so much smoother and less stressful. We were able to take our time, enjoy every moment, and not feel rushed. The reception space was beautiful and spacious. There were plenty of bathrooms (a small but important detail!), and everything was clean and well-maintained. One of the biggest perks was being able to use our own vendors, which gave us so much freedom to personalize our day exactly how we envisioned it. There are Airbnbs nearby for guests who want a more private stay, as well as hotels in Clermont and Howey-in-the-Hills, so it was very convenient for everyone. We truly loved this wedding venue and highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, flexible, and stress-free place to get married!”
