“Kim and her entire team at Gola were incredible! Super accommodating, communicative and respectful. We had a wedding with over 250 guests and she remained calm and positive throughout the entire experience even when we added last minute addition like executing our bar. The food was incredible all of our guests loved it especially their pasta course which they so graciously customized to make spicy for me :D My one criticism was that although we prepared them for the heavy-drinking crowd they did end up running out of beer and the bartenders were quite slow with making the drinks (we had recommended batching to help with this). They also ran out of food for our vendors not a huge deal but something that should've been avoided.”

“We chose Italiana Foods for our wedding in the Catskills, NY and honestly, it was one of the best decisions we made for the whole day! We started planning the menu almost a year before, and the team was just amazing from the beginning. They were so patient with me (and my endless back-and-forths about changing things!), always kind and helpful in creating the perfect menu. Coming from an Italian family, our saying has always been “go big or go home” and Italiana Foods was definitely the biggest quote we got, but every single penny was worth it. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and served hot and fresh all night. The waitstaff was incredible super attentive to our guests, making sure everyone was taken care of. From cocktail hour to dinner and even the dessert station, everything ran so smoothly and right on time. Even months after the wedding, people are still talking about how good the food was. That honestly means the world to me, because great food is what people remember and Italiana Foods nailed it. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants their wedding meal to be unforgettable.”

From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and several people even asked who catered the event. The portions were great, everything came out looking professional, and you could tell that they actually take pride in what they serve. What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. The staff was friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional without making things feel stiff or overly formal. I reached out to her quite close to the event (within a week) and she was extremely responsive in working with me, pulling together a menu that aligned with exactly what we wanted and was able to handle gluten free preparation for a guests celiac disease. Justine was extremely efficient, professional and wonderful to work with. The food was phenomenal and the plating and details were all perfect! She went out of her way to procure adorable candles, printed menus, flowers and napkins all to match the theme of my sister’s party! “Our food was incredible! Came out exactly as we were told, flavor was on point, sauces were home made, quality of meats were excellent, and all little details were attended to. They even took care of our gluten free guests by making grilled chicken instead of breaded just for 3 people so the could enjoy the meal as well. While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile. Since then, we have evolved into a full-service catering company, offering a variety of sandwiches, sliders, and cocktail bites, and serving events that range from weddings and birthday parties to large-scale events!
