“The Music Boutique was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Scott was extremely helpful and responsive, and always providing us with great ideas, suggestions, and guidance to make our day special. We had a duo playing for our ceremony and during the cocktail hour and then we had a small 3 person band playing for our reception. And it was the perfect amount of people. We had spoken to some other bands and they all kept saying we need some big band for the reception, but since we were having less than 100 people at the wedding, we didn’t think it made sense to have like a 10 person band, it just seemed like it would overwhelm the whole wedding. And we knew we wanted a band component since my father plays guitar and I had a feeling would want to play a song at some point. Then we spoke with Scott, he seemed to understand our vision of having a small band. He loved the idea of my father playing a song, and made suggestions on when was the perfect time for him to play, and even laughed along with our idea of playing “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire, over and over again, since we were getting married on “the 21st night of September” (we did not do this)! The day of the band was amazing! They even took the time to learn our first dance song, which was a fairly unknown track, and played it beautifully, and surprised us with playing it. Since we thought it was just going to be a recorded version of the song. That was very special to us! And they were more than happy to let my dad play his song to us. Overall, the band's performance was lively and engaging, and they kept our guests dancing all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better band to help make our wedding celebration so memorable, and couldn’t have done it with Scott!”

People were coming up to me during and after the wedding saying how much they loved Terry and wanting her for their wedding/wish they had her for theirs. Our DJ Lou was also great to work with, we had an idea for a 90’s/2000’s hour and gave a few songs we wanted and they came through with the most amazing playlist for the last hour of our wedding. Most songs we requested were played, he did not play a single song off our “do not play” list and he did an excellent job mixing songs from different eras. They called us the week of the wedding to go through the whole night and on the night-of our wedding Terry came and found us for any type of event or question. Also if you haven’t heard of Zap photography, look into it! They take pictures throughout the reception, specifically dancing photos (see photos below) and blow them up on two big screens during the wedding – it was another big hit/not seen at a ton of wedding. Plus you get the photos within days of the wedding. 5/5 stars for Music Masters!”

“We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the beginning, Wyatt was so easy to work with. He was a quick responder when we had questions, and he really understood our vision for our wedding. His website is user-friendly and the professionalism was unmatched. On our big day, he kept the energy up through cocktail hour, the entrances, first dances, speeches, and had everyone on the dance floor all night long. Everything went so smooth and we didn't have to worry about a thing. He assured us that he knew how to read the crowd and play the perfect mix of songs to keep the party going, and he was right. All of our guests had such a blast. We received SO many compliments about the music and atmosphere. We also took advantage of Empire State Event's PhotoBooth option and it was a HIT.
