Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Michelle Scurio is the lead artist and owner of Cake Monstah. We’re a custom bakery located on the south shore of Massachusetts. We specialize in custom cakes, wedding cakes and grooms cakes! We do offer a full array of desserts for buffets as well. We would love to be apart of your big day and make it just a bit sweeter!

Konditor Meister Günther Mösinger is a creative and passionate pastry chef with experience and education in a broad range of specialty baking, and he knew from an early age that his career would take a culinary path. He was born in the beautiful historic town of Freiburg in the Black Forest. Living on a farm, and being the second oldest of four children, he learned early on how to grow and prepare foods for daily living. The favorite place in the family home was his mother's kitchen, where he developed his deep passion for baking and cooking.
