Sorbae Frozen Treats was born from a love of bold flavor, nostalgic treats, and the belief that dairy-free dessert should feel exciting - never like a compromise. Founded by Monica Ferracioli, Sorbae blends playful flavor inspiration with a colorful mobile experience for weddings, showers, welcome parties, and private celebrations across MA and RI. It’s dessert with personality, heart, and a little pop of surprise.

Sorbae brings a refreshing twist to wedding dessert service: colorful frozen pops made with real ingredients, no artificial colors or dyes, and flavors guests genuinely get excited about. Our experience feels playful and polished at the same time - easy to serve, photo-friendly, and flexible enough for cocktail hour, late-night treats, outdoor receptions, or a sweet send-off.

    Sorbae was the hit of the party!

    I hired Monica to bring her cart to my 60th birthday party on the beach last summer in New Bedford. Monica was incredibly easy to work with and flexible regarding my vision for the event. My guests raved about the pop options and the quality of her product. It is a very reasonable and fun way to add a touch of sweetness to your event!
