“Heather was amazing to work with! Not only is she such a sweet and kind person, but she is so skilled at turning your vision into reality. I didn't really know what I wanted at first, and she took a look at my pinterest board I made and talked me through everything. What she created for our wedding day was everything I pictured in my head, and more. I loved my bouquet so much that I found somewhere the next day where I could preserve it. (side note, if you want to do that, book that service ahead of time! I had no idea and almost couldn't find someone to do it). During the planning process, my husband and I spoke to some florists who kind of made us feel like we had to have an enormous budget and know everything about flowers. Heather was the complete opposite of that! She made us super comfortable, listened to our ideas, and helped us where we needed it. She even stopped in to say hello and congrats on my wedding day before she left setting up! She is a wonderful person and florist. “Cornelia and her team are amazing! CTL did the flowers for the welcome party, church ceremony, and reception for our wedding. Each space was beautifully adorned with a variety of arrangements, from stem vases to unique elevated displays. CTL was able to bring hand drawn sketches to life to make our dreams come true. The flowers were also incredibly fresh. Our leftovers in vases still looked nice a week after the wedding. Highly, highly recommend!”

I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. I pride myself on getting ALL the flowers returned in record time (Brittany said) ;) All of our guests couldn’t believe the flowers were fake and everyone was raving about them! She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order. I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”
