We had the paninis with soup, a lemonade bar, and crepes for dessert. We especially appreciated how attentive they were to our guests, making sure everyone was served promptly. “Our venue was a library rooftop with an asymmetrical, tiered layout — not exactly a standard reception space. Colin didn't just accommodate that, he treated it like a puzzle worth solving. We spent real time together drawing up maps of the space, figuring out where everything could actually go before the day arrived. At one point the library told him a piece wouldn't fit in their elevator. He was ready to bring our arch down there himself to prove otherwise. That's the kind of advocacy you want from a vendor working directly with your venue on your behalf. We also were not easy clients, logistically speaking — we changed the layout multiple times, adjusted the food, and added a live band into the plan partway through. Every single time, Colin's answer was "yes, let's figure it out," never "that complicates things." Full catering, bar service, and all our rentals came through HPWT, and the entire event ran without a hitch because of the work he put in ahead of time. If you've got an unconventional venue and a caterer keeps telling you it "should be fine" without actually walking the space with you — go with someone who will. Colin and HPWT will.”
