“People talked about the food for MONTHS after our wedding. The details matter - they thought of things that had never even occured to me! As we were busy greeting our guests, Steve and Laurie made sure to set aside appetizer plates for my new husband and I. Everything was so delicious all of the apps were gone by the time we made it to our seats just to find two plates placed with care at the head table. At the end of the night, everything was neatly boxed up for us (yes, we got to keep our leftovers!) and they even made a separate container of our pig roast scraps for our dog! I recommend them to anyone for an all around wonderful experience that your guests will talk about long after the celebration day is over.”

“First and foremost, the food was incredible! So many guests commented that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The team was fantastic and there for us in so many ways - they gave us the idea for churros with dipping sauces as dessert and curated a last minute appetizer menu that was delicious. I could feel each team member's excitement and commitment to making our day special. Especially Robin - she is a rockstar and truly went above and beyond! I cannot thank the team enough for their hard work and attention to detail! I highly, highly recommend them!”

I asked if the bartenders could drop a "drink topper" into the drinks, no problem. I asked if Hoffman House could provide desserts, no problem! I asked if we could change one of the wines at the last minute, no problem! Everything we requested was met with a positive attitude and I never felt like I was asking too much. The whole night was just fabulous!”

“Elegante Cuisine is one of the higher end catering companies in the area, so this was a splurge for us, but one that we do not regret. Good food and good music are two of the biggest factors in the guest experience, so it was worth it to us. Our tasting was awesome; their menu options are extensive but all the dishes seemed to be executed perfectly. They had catered at our venue many times, and seemed highly competent. During and since the wedding, many of our friends and family have raved to us that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Our entrees were the chicken asiago and the stuffed peppers (sooo good!). On the wedding day, Elegante staff took great care of us, even making sure we had hot, full plates and an assortment of our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres ready when we entered the reception space. We worked with Trisha, who at times did not respond very effectively or efficiently to our questions/concerns/requests, but overall we are very happy with the services we received and us and all the guests were certainly well fed.”
