It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

She is also so thorough and on top of it- you will be getting updates, regular check-in calls - she makes you feel like you have her full attention and energy even though she has tons of clients and weddings! “This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service. We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off. If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky. I highly recommend!!”

“Jessica and her team truly made my wedding magical. Sustainability and ethical sourcing were a priority for us and Jessica provided all US grown flowers. She even sourced vegetables from local farmers to use in the tablescapes that we and our guests took home and has meals made from them for the next couple of weeks! But the real magic was the colors she picked out. I wanted a very colorful, jewel toned world at my wedding and Jessica found flowers that both matched that aesthetic and complimented the whole medieval vibe of the theme. Her team also showed amazing flexibility when our ceremony location was changed at the last minute due to rain. Instead of decorating an archway they were decorating a completely different space with pillars, but they made it work and everything was ready on time. I’ve loved Jessica’s work so much that I’ve gone on to order flowers for other occasions. She did the flowers for my daughter’s first birthday which was Enchanted Forest themed and most recently my husband picked up a Valentine’s Day arrangement from her shop. Even from the very first intro call, Kristen's expertise, passion and kindness were apparent – and that remained true throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was responsive and worked closely with us to make sure our proposal was exactly what we wanted it to be. But most importantly, the way Kristen and her team brought our vision to life on our wedding day left us absolutely speechless (literally had no words when we first saw the reception space). The arrangements that she created were stunning, BEYOND anything that we even envisioned. In 2016, I started looking for creative alternatives to fresh flowers. I saw an advertisement for WOOD flower arrangements and was intrigued. I quickly ordered a centerpiece and when it arrived, I was so amazed by the product that I took the flowers apart to see how they were made. It was fascinating to me that someone would think to use the wood from a plant to make flowers. Fast forward a couple months and I started ordering raw undyed flowers, dove in headfirst, and fell in love! By using WOOD flowers, we are able to custom dye & arrange them to give a bride more versatility. I am so honored to be a small part of a bride’s special day!
