Their communication was clear, timely, and so helpful as we worked through their delicious and comprehensive menu options. Instead of a traditional cake, we chose a mini dessert bar with a variety of treats — and it was a huge hit! Our guests could not stop raving about how amazing everything tasted. Every dessert was beautifully presented and absolutely mouthwatering. One of our favorite thoughtful touches was the small box they put together for us to take back to our room with a sampling of each dessert — just in case we didn’t have time to grab any during the reception (which we didn’t!). It was such a sweet surprise and so appreciated after the whirlwind of the evening. Gingerly Baked exceeded every expectation. “Armana made our wedding cake for our elopement and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I had so much trouble finding someone willing to make a cake for us because it was a very small elopement, only six people, and it was on a Monday. So many bakeries either never called me back or took weeks to respond. One bakery even quoted me 600 for a six-inch cake. Armana was the complete opposite. She responded, was kind and professional, charged a very reasonable price, and was happy to accommodate the flavor requests I had. Our situation was also a little complicated because our flight to Phoenix arrived the same morning we needed to pick up the cake, and we had to drive it to Sedona. We needed the cake to stay refrigerated for the trip, so I shipped Armana a cooler and ice packs ahead of time. When we arrived, she had everything perfectly packed and ready to go for us. She truly went above and beyond to make this work for us, and I’m so grateful. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and such a special part of our day. I would absolutely recommend Armana to anyone looking for someone talented, reliable, and genuinely helpful.”

“Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. Every single dessert we sampled was scrumptious - it was difficult to choose only a handful for our wedding reception! For the big day, Amy went above and beyond, even learning how to make a traditional Peruvian cookie (the "alfajor") for the dessert table. She totally understood our vision for our wedding cake, too. I emailed her about 7 months in advance and she responded quickly and had my contract sent out almost immediately. I gave her the venue’s contact information and she coordinated the delivery so I didn’t need to worry or do any more work on my wedding day. “Alchemy Bake Lab provided the mini cake and mini desserts for our wedding a few weekends ago. We had SO much fun coming to the bakery for our tasting! They really made us feel so special.
