We are a new venue open less than a year. The building was a former Masonic lodge building. We totally remodeled it while trying to preserve some of the character. It has the original yellow pine flooring. Freshly painted walls. A small warming kitchen for renters or caterers to use. The restrooms are handicap accessible. Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $6,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $6000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST that is listed in our contract and on our website that other venues charge extra to use. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge. Crump Family Farm was established as its own entity as a farm in 1876. This wooded sanctuary would eventually be purchased by Jeff and Bessie Crump. This dutiful family consisting of Jeff, Bessie, and their 6 children, farmed the land for over 36 years. The full practice of raising and processing tobacco, cultivating large vegetable gardens, and sustaining, and controlling livestock was all normal routine in providing for a family of that era.
