We are a mobile bar available for weddings or other events! We offer a cute converted horse trailer complete with a fridge and two taps. Plenty of room for coolers full for bottles or cans, room for liquor bottles along the back counter, and pint glasses available for use.

I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. The Penny Whip is a 1970s horse trailer turned mobile bar. It is equipped with everything needed for our bartenders to serve beer, wine and signature cocktails in style. Our services are totally customizable to make your event unforgettable! The Whip has a 4-tap jockey box draft system, a sink, interior and exterior lights and is powered entirely by battery, so The Whip can go (almost) anywhere!

I’m an enneagram 2, Sagittarius, that loves long walks on the beach (I really do!) After working for a coffee shop for a number of years, I decided to buy the business, which is now Bow + Arrow Coffeehouse. The shop is a local favorite and hidden gem on the way to Mount Hood. We serve Stumptown coffee, pastries from Marsee Baking and Petunias, and offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
