Ivory & Sage Weddings, led by Maeghan Davis as our day of coordinator, was a wonderful support throughout our two-day multicultural wedding. Maeghan brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence that made a big difference for us. She helped keep everything moving smoothly and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy each moment. We had our Catholic nuptial mass which she was able to help keep us on timeline and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Then the second day, we had our Nigerian traditional. This can be intimidating for some but she handled big personalities and a big event with such grace. Ivory & Sage was also able to provide a beautiful charcuterie and basic florals for us, it was so nice to get things with one vendor. I believe she also offers decor. We’re very thankful for her support and would happily recommend Ivory & Sage Weddings to couples looking for a thoughtful and dependable coordinator. 10/10!!!

Lesley was with me every step of the way while I planned my perfect wedding. If I ever had a question whether it was 8 months out or 3 weeks out she messaged me right away to resolve my worries and any questions. Communication is super important to me and she hit every mark, I never had to worry. I had a lot of diy decor or decorations that needed to be placed for many big day. When I brought this up to Lesley she assured me she would be able to handle it. Even when I asked her to tie bows on chairs something that I can’t even do. So on my wedding day when I got the first look at all of my beautiful decorations laid out exactly how I envisioned it I couldn’t be happier I “interviewed” at least 6, month of coordinators before I found Lesley, but after talking to Lesley I knew she was the one I wanted to go with. From that first call she was on time, and actively taking notes on my needs. I was also inquiring about maybe using some rentals. After our call she sent me a bunch of rental options of the things I was looking for. Not only did this make me feel heard it also solidified my choice, she was the right coordinator for me. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

We were late to hiring a wedding planner until about two months out, when I realized I needed some help. Crimson Quarter weddings and events were the first to get back to me quickly , and set up a phone call, where I realized they were gonna be the ones for me. Not only were they extremely communicative, but they took everything that I had for them and and helped us to add a little bit "ourselves" Into the venue space. I gave them our florals and decorations and set them loose to do what they wanted and they knocked it out of the park. I am so thankful for Crimson Quarter, they helped us navigate rallying all of our vendors and communicating our needs, as well as setting up for us on the day of, coordinating different parts of our reception, and cleaning up after it was over. We couldn't have done it without them and I would hire them again for any event in the future if we happen to find ourselves back in New Orleans for anything special
