Jaus Of Vern
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Santa Barbara, CA
  • Starts at $10,000

Low Intervention Floristry Our designs follow what I call, "nature's code." There's a rhythm to the way the flowers ungulate and group themselves, always drifting toward the sun. It is my goal for the flowers to feel connected to their location, to make your guest wonder, did this grow here? Going forward, my goal is to continue to lean heavily into the environments our clients have chosen for their vows, working to enhance what is already there. Please visit our website to inquire Best, Jausalynn King creative direction

“Jausalynn is truly a master of her craft. I came to her a little over 8 month before our big day with a vision but really allowed her creative juices to flow as we were deciding on our florals. She provided professional and helpful advice but allowed our vision to stay true to us. I was in awe at how many options she provided us that were so aligned with what we brought to her initially. She set up recurring meetings to ensure we stayed aligned and would even send pics of some pieces that worked with our style and interests. I felt so confident that Jaus would bring our vision to life even after our initial prospect call but I didn't know it would have turned out as amazing as it did. The bouquet, boutonnières, aisle moment, bar moment....EVERYTHING was done so perfectly and it was so intentional. I had a dream to incorporate fruits into our tablescape and Jaus made it happen and was so creative in her placements. I couldn't believe it when I saw it! Hiring a florist is truly putting trust in someone to deliver on a vision that you have....hiring Jaus was the single best decision we made on our wedding day. Not to mention she is the kindest most wonderful soul I have ever met and I feel honored to have worked with her. If you have even a slight interest in having the best experience with your wedding florals you better book her. She will change your life for the better!”

Awarded Best of Zola
“Gracie is the absolute best to work with! I can't really say it enough. If you are looking for a wedding florist I would shout her name from the rooftops. We were lucky enough to meet with her in person before the big day and if you can I highly recommend! She is such a light and filled with the best and sweetest energy. From the very beginning she was so responsive and really got us excited about the florals for our special day. She worked WITH us and was so receptive to what our vision was. She was also so helpful with guiding us throughout the process and offered her opinions for design decisions outside of just florals. We were constantly re-affirmed that we had made the right decision. Also as a professional, she was great at helping you decide what florals were enough. I never felt like I was being forced out of my comfort zone and the conversation was always focused on how to make the wedding stunning while staying within the budget that we had told her. Then for the day of, we didn't worry at all about the florals and she made sure it all went out without a hitch! She dropped off the bouquet that day, even though she was so busy and you can tell that she really cares about all of her couples. When we got to the venue, I was so blown away. I still can't believe how brilliant they turned out. She was also super clear with us on what we could keep / give away and what we couldn't so that was really nice of her!!”

The bouquet and the centerpieces were all thoughtfully designed with the prettiest blooms and little details that made everything feel so personal. A portion of all proceeds goes to local CA dog rescues.

“As a wedding planner, we come across so many talented floral designers and Debbie from Studio Anonimi is definitely one of them. We worked together in March 2020 at Calamigos Ranch, and she truly encompassed the natural, boho, modern feel the bride was going for her. Her arrangements were thoughtfully designed, and leading up to the wedding was great working together. I love that her designs varied slightly table to table, and she did a good job marrying the color palette that the bride had in mine. I’m excited for future weddings with her and would highly recommend her.”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (104 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Santa Barbara, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“We had an amazingly positive experience working with Flower Moxie for my daughter’s July wedding. We placed our order in February using their “How Much Should I Buy” worksheet as a guide. Their website is filled with images and videos to help you make your choices. We went with the Sweet Wildflower bridal bouquet and 4 bridesmaid bouquets and then ordered a Build Your Own Wildflower Mixed Box and Build Your Own Spray Rose Mixed Box to DIY bud vases all for just over 900! In June we decided we wanted more bud vases for our dining tables than we had originally planned to have. I spoke with Maria who helped me add more of what I’d order to meet my needs. Cost was about 150. Not knowing really what to expect, I added 4 premade centerpieces just to have which cost 280. This was SO much more cost effective than trying to work with local florists or deal with wooden flower options. The only issue we had was a UPS issue. The flowers were coming directly from a farm in Ecuador and tracking numbers showed they were held up in Miami waiting for government release. Once released, we were able to see their travels. The flower boxes ended up being delayed by 1 day. The flowers should have arrived on a Thursday for a Sunday wedding. Delivery moved to Friday. Every worried email I sent was responded to immediately by Flower Moxie. They were tracking my order, too, and were on top of it. Once they arrived, we followed the specific directions the company sends out. I have photos of the stages of hydration, watching the blooms get more and more gorgeous as the hours passed. The bridal party put the 72 bud vases together on Saturday in the hotel conference room near the wedding venue. The bridal bouquets were perfect needing nothing but trimming of the stems and wrapping stems with ribbon we had purchased. I would highly recommend working with Flower Moxie, especially if you are looking to support small business, enjoy having the option to be a little hands on (though you don’t have to choose this option), and want to save on the cost of your florals. I plan to use them in the future if the need arises.”

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (43 reviews)
  • Serves Santa Barbara, CA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
“We had the most incredible experience with the Faux Bouquets! From start to finish, Brittany was responsive, caring and efficient! We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. I pride myself on getting ALL the flowers returned in record time (Brittany said) ;) All of our guests couldn’t believe the flowers were fake and everyone was raving about them! Do yourself a favor and go with The Fuax Bouquets!”

“Jane with Fresh Floral Society was the perfect vendor from start to finish! I sent her my inspiration and received a mock up with different options for ceremony design, sweetheart table, etc and everything was perfectly on point. She was communicative any time I had an update to share and never once did I worry about the job being executed. The day of, everything turned out perfect. All of the florals looked fresh and I had multiple guests asking me to take home arrangements at the end of the night. AND MY BOUQUET was out of this world. 🌹 WE ARE NOT FRESH FLOWER FLORISTS. WE WORK WITH WOOD & FAUX FLOWERS. Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
“Working with Jen for our October 2025 wedding was AMAZING!! From the moment we sent in an online inquiry, Jen was attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail oriented. She got us set up with a project planning doc immediately, and she was SO patient with us even when we were annoyingly indecisive about our vision lol. She met with us via Zoom to answer all of our questions when we were struggling to finish the document (and she is just as thorough and helpful via Zoom as she is via email). Once we placed our final order, Jen was communicative and thorough about the process of what happened next in terms of pickup, payment, etc. When we picked up our flowers, we were ASTOUNDED by how beautiful they were. I mean, we knew they would be beautiful, but truly, WOW. Aside from bouquets & boutonnieres, we also got garlands to use as centerpieces for our guests’ farmhouse tables, as well as small wooden circle magnets with a flower on top (we wood burned the j c into them ourselves) to use as favors. And they all looked incredible. An employee at our venue said that our decor was “the best she’s ever seen this place look,” and a large part of our decor was these flowers. I cannot recommend Jen and Wood and Word Blooms ENOUGH!!! PS bouquet photo is from today (1/5/26)!! The longevity is insane!”

“I cannot reccomend Kat enough. A coworker relationship turned into friendship that FLOURISHED into her making my floral dreams for my wedding come to absolute life. She is so talented, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I showed her pictures and she ran with it. Her dedication to her clients doesn’t go unnoticed at all. When my vendor who made our faux flowers showed up late and the guys bouts looked like absolute trash, she took the time (because she had leftovers from what she made) to go make 3 other bouts so that our dream came true. Her dedication to sustainability is top notch! I am so happy I chose her to be our florist! Her partner Marissa- though we didn’t use her for our wedding, I have inquired with her for cupcakes before. She has the best ideas for cupcakes and is so so friendly! As a team their day of coordination is top notch. They are the REAL DEAL! Make sure to hire them for you big day. You won’t regret it!”
