I've been in the industry since 2014 and the Harper is by far one of my favorite venues to work at! As a planner/coordinator myself, I've worked with several venues and none are as professional and accommodating to its guests as well as its vendors. I always know that everyone that comes through Harper's doors are in good hands from beginning to end. Service is always impeccable--making the wedding planning process and the day-of as seamless as can be! I do not know any vendor nor any couple that has been dissatisfied with the Harper and this speaks volumes to how they treat the people they serve. Will continue to recommend the Harper to my clients who are looking for a beautiful, modern venue that will not disappoint!

We hosted our wedding weekend at Casa Loma Beach Hotel recently, and it exceeded every expectation. With guests flying in from across the country and around the world, we heard nonstop praise about how cozy, elegant, and effortlessly chic the hotel felt (plus the cocktails and cookies were top notch). The staff was incredibly accommodating--helping with porterage, clear communication, and even a few lost-and-found rescues (thank you Amber!). Allene and Elisa were standout stars throughout the weekend helping us host several events at the hotel over three days - and stepping in to address curveballs from vendors and weather. When a once-in-a-blue-moon monsoon forced us to pivot from our planned rooftop events, the Casa Loma team handled the change with grace and creativity, preserving the overall vibe we envisioned. Guests-both locals and out-of-towners-couldn't stop raving about the views and the unbeatable location. Some spent time in the cute nooks and crannies throughout the hotel or relaxed on their balconies with those unmatched ocean views (when the rain finally let up), while others wandered over to Marine Room for late-night drinks thanks to the perfect location. And of course, the food via Sapphire was amazing! We were able to check off all our boxes when it came to cuisine and transport our guests to all ends of the earth with food from the Mediterranean, Malaysia, and South America. The Late Night Bites of sliders, fries and chicken tenders were crowd MVPs at our Afters. Thank you to the entire team for transforming a rained-out wedding weekend into the intimate, romantic wedding of our dreams.

Adina and the Event Set crew transformed the GMMA into a beautiful wedding site and experience. We picked them because the price was right and the views were beautiful. On the day of the event the flowers were more grand than we expected for our price point, the DJ was engaging, and the food was better than any wedding I’ve attended. They accommodated our Indo-Western wedding with great Indian and western food. We even had his and hers mocktails. The food was the most customizable experience we found on the market. And it was tasty max. Adina is respectful, caring and patient. Your photos will be amazing with the view and the flowers. Especially if you have Trisha as your photographer. She is a master of lighting and angles. She makes quick work of editing and getting the photos back to you. Overall a great experience, less stress, and an all inclusive experience with lots of personalization.

My husband and I got married June 2023 at one of their beachfront properties in Lake Elsinore. They made sure the beach looked perfect before our wedding day and it was completely stress free communication with them. Our vendors came and set up with ease and it wowed our guest when they arrived. We had our wedding and reception area on the beach, a bar and lounge area in the courtyard with our 360 Photo Booth setup, and way more parking than we needed. I wish I could go back and experience it all over again. They were affordable and I liked them so much I used another one of their lake venues for my baby shower!

My husband Jeff and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at The Estate OC this October, and it was truly a dream come true. Finding a beautiful venue in Southern California that doesn’t require a high guest minimum is so difficult, but The Estate OC was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for an intimate and romantic setting, this venue is perfect yet it can also comfortably accommodate larger parties. One of the best parts of The Estate OC is their all-inclusive packages, which make wedding planning so much easier. Ours included the DJ, catering, linens, bartenders, and a day-of coordinator. They offer different package tiers depending on your budget, plus a variety of affordable in-house add-ons (often much cheaper than hiring outside vendors). The food was delicious, they offer a wide variety of menu options, with your choice between plated service or buffet style. Everything we selected was beautifully prepared and received rave reviews from our guests. They also provide a beautiful chuppah (extra add on) option if you’d like your altar to have more visual impact. It added such a lovely touch to our ceremony and looked stunning in our photos. The photobooth was a hit with our guests! It came with fun props, and I loved that I could design my own custom photo template. The audio guestbook (a phone booth where guests leave voicemails) was another favorite. Listening to everyone’s messages afterward had us laughing and crying all over again. I even left a surprise voicemail for Jeff at the end of the night, which Mimi sent to us later. He had no idea until then… and yes, he cried. :) The only outside vendors we needed to book were our photographer, florist, and dance floor which makes total sense since those are so personal to your style and vision. Another huge plus: The Estate OC is BYOB. In my opinion, that’s a much better option than having a preset or cash bar. For a smaller wedding where you know your guests’ preferences, it’s a great way to save money. We spent about one-third of what most people typically pay for alcohol. Finally, I have to give special thanks to Mimi (Assistant Manager), Yanel (Consultant), and Sharon (Day-of Coordinator). They made everything run seamlessly from start to finish. Communication was quick, and they were so attentive throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, they checked in constantly and handled everything with care and precision. Whatever we needed, they were on it and thanks to them, our day was absolutely perfect.

In 1968 it was designated as both a State and National Historic Landmark, which is the highest honor a building can receive. Harborside is one of Newport’s premier banquet facilities which accommodates between 100-500 guests. We offer very competitive prices, fabulous food, full bar, premium wines, friendly service and the best views of Newport Harbor. The Grand Ballroom consists of one large room, or it can be divided into two separate rooms; the Catalina room has an outside deck for about 20 extra guests or other uses. They were always available for questions and offered valuable suggestions when we needed them. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and you could tell they were genuinely invested in making our wedding perfect. Affordable Pricing: We were blown away by how reasonably priced Harborside Grand Ballroom is compared to other venues in the area, especially considering the stunning views and the level of service we received. They offer a range of packages to suit different budgets, and we felt like we got incredible value for what we paid. One Helpful Tip: Talk to the venue staff about parking solutions for the day of your wedding. Parking can be difficult depending on the season and it is good to have a plan for guests. Melissa was amazing throughout the planning process, and she, Cheryl, and the entire team worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the day unforgettable for us and our guests. The Heritage Museum of OC is a beautiful little gem in Santa Ana. My husband and I knew after our first tour of the grounds that this was our wedding venue. We have zero regrets. It’s a gorgeous space! The house is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained year-round. Not only that, but the staff at the museum are so wonderful and easy to work with. Kaitlyn was our venue coordinator and she was fantastic from day one. She answered all of my endless questions throughout the wedding planning process and was always incredibly patient, helpful and kind. She really calmed my nerves the night before and the day of the wedding. The venue was also super flexible with last minute rainstorms. The canopies didn’t take away from how beautiful the venue is. I highly recommend getting married here rain or shine!

I wish everyone could experience the joy of getting married at the Lido House! The customer service was truly exceptional. Brian went above and beyond to help make our day special. They offered a complimentary suite upgrade on the night of our wedding, as well as the night before. They honored all our various food preferences. Brian offered to have multiple meetings to discuss all of the details. When I was sick and had to miss the menu tasting, they put the whole selection in to-go containers and included tea and cough drops in the bag. They offered complimentary car service to the beach for our sunset photos. I could go on and on! I cannot recommend the Lido House more highly.

This location was perfect!!!! I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with how easy the owners made my planning. Loved that we were able to bring outside vendors for food. They are family owned and let me tell you they make you feel like family. That was one of my favorite things about this venue. Karis was amazing. She is one of the owners and was so welcoming. I loved that they had all the things I needed and had connections if they didn't. This made planning stress-free. I didn't have to call around to find chairs/tables/linen/heaters etc. My guests were all amazed with how unique and beautiful the venue was. Hopefully in the near future we can have our baby shower there.

The venue’s Spanish style look was enhanced by market lights, and overall has a natural aesthetic on its own. Bonnie, the site coordinator, is insanely helpful. She has wedding coordinating experience and that was apparent. She ensured the night was smooth and was on top of the schedule as well. She was attentive to our needs, even as that changed throughout the day, and she was extremely flexible with us throughout the overall process. We can’t thank her enough for making our special day seamless.

From our venue tour to our tasting to our wedding day, Angie and the team at Colette’s and Muckenthaler Mansion were a dream to work with. They were communicative, clear, timely, and so helpful. It’s so convenient to have everything go through them, like tables, chairs, bar, staff, catering, linens, additional rentals, and cake. We were also able to bring in outside vendors like a photobooth and boba bar. We also used one of the rooms in the mansion to have a kids table with activities. This venue and catering were one of the most reasonably priced options, as well. We really felt like they were our cheerleaders doing everything they could to make our day smooth and memorable. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the setting was. It’s great to be able to use any space on the property that you want, so we had each part of the night in a different space, which really made it feel cozy and homey like we were hosting a backyard garden reception and a party inside the mansion/gallery. We also felt great that the venue fee was a donation to the nonprofit cultural center. The food is delicious and the drinks were strong. The staff lead Anthony was at our beck and call all night, and thought of the tiniest details to enhance our experience. The bartender and servers were great too. I think everybody should get married here! The setting makes the day feel truly special and unique. And made a beautiful backdrop for photos. I can’t thank them enough!!

I recently visited White House Event Center and had an amazing experience as a vendor. The staff were friendly and attentive. Setting up equipment for sound and lighting is easily accessible and have enough room for special effect equipment like Lasers shows and low laying cloud effects.
