There are moments in life that you hope will be perfect, and your child's wedding is certainly one of them. I am so grateful that we chose Hotel Indigo Riverhead to host our son's welcome dinner and farewell brunch. We welcomed nearly 90 family members and friends, and from beginning to end, every single person we encountered treated us with kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you to Joseph at the front desk. He patiently helped several of our guests with booking issues and always greeted everyone with a smile. On top of that, he somehow managed to graciously accommodate my endless questions and last-minute requests without ever making me feel like I was imposing. And then there was Cristen, the Director of Catering. I honestly don't know how to thank her enough. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and there were plenty of times I reached out with "just one more question" or "one more favor." She never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Instead, she was encouraging, reassuring, and almost always found a way to say "yes." She truly cared about making our events special, and it showed in every detail. The food was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and the entire team made us feel like family rather than just another event on the calendar. To everyone at Hotel Indigo Riverhead—thank you for helping create memories that our family and friends will cherish for a lifetime. You played a meaningful part in one of the most important weekends of our lives, and for that we are incredibly grateful. If you're considering a venue for a wedding weekend, rehearsal dinner, brunch, family celebration, or corporate event, I recommend Hotel Indigo Riverhead without hesitation. You won't just receive excellent service—you'll be cared for by people who truly want your event to be unforgettable.
