Not only does Chef Brad have an associates degree in Culinary Arts, he has over 20 years of restaurant experience. Chef Brad has worked in restaurants ranging from Steak houses to Sushi bars, Chinese to Italian restaurants. After working in restaurants Brad worked for the rich and famous as a personal chef for 8 1/2 years on their private yachts. In 2019 Chef Brad and two of his friends won “The Great Food Truck Race” season 11 on Food Network.
