We moved from NYC in 2016 with big city dreams of a simpler life with more space for our growing family and a desire to be close to farm fresh foods. We created Whistling Boar with the mission to embrace sustainable hospitality practices, support agricultural sustainability and soil regeneration by building community that supports local farms. David and I are so thankful that we can share our art of food while working to create a better tomorrow for our family. Together, my partner and husband, David have over 40 years of experience of culinary and catering experience. We love what we do and want to leave a lighter food print along the way.

We specialize in seasonal farm to table cuisine which sources ingredients locally first. We give back 1% of every sale to local farms and ranchers through Zero Food Print and Restore Colorado. We are a completely from scratch kitchen.
