Edgemont Barns consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and on-site lodging, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates up to 26 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.

The Common Man Inn & Restaurant is a wedding venue located in Claremont, NH. Previously home to two textile mills, the restored venue offers a rustically elegant setting for any occasion and a cozy Inn next door! To-be-weds can host their special day in a number of event sites. The Sugar River Ballroom seats up to 150 people and boasts stunning views of the Sugar River through tall windows set into thick brick walls and exposed beams that are original to the historic mill building.
