“We were so glad we found Meadow Brook Inn! It checked off all of the boxes for us AND the staff were awesome to work with. We dreamt of having our ceremony outdoors in nature and despite a little bit of rain, the MBI team made sure our dreams came true. Marisa was communicative throughout the process and guided us through our ceremony rehearsal. Our guests raved about the appetizers and desserts and over all we had a joyful experience. The ceremony space was so peaceful, the lawn is elegant and charming, and the reception hall, lounge, and bar are all spacious and comfortable. We were able to come in the day before to decorate before our rehearsal and add our own personal touch the the venue. I am so grateful we found MBI and that we were able to host our wedding here :) Thank you Marisa, Gabe, Brian, and to the whole MBI team for making this once in a lifetime celebration so special for all of us!”

The quality of their work and value was stunning - the venue was beautifully managed, the food was incredible, and they had amazing in-house vendors that provided great service. “The moment my husband and I walked into Timber Point, before even speaking to anyone, we knew it was the perfect spot. The beautiful property on the golf course, located right on the Great South Bay, created the ideal setting for our wedding. Lauren greeted us right away, and after booking our date we even popped a bottle of champagne to celebrate. From that day on, Lauren was incredible throughout the entire planning process. She answered every question—whether over email or in person—and always made us feel calm, confident, and cared for. Even the showcases and food tastings were wonderful experiences that made wedding planning feel exciting and special. On the day of our wedding, our maitre’d CeCe and our attendant April went above and beyond. They anticipated every need, from bringing us food and drinks all night to making sure our guests were taken care of—no request was too big or too small. Their attentiveness truly allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. Beyond CeCe and April, the entire Timber Point staff was amazing—from the servers to the bartenders. “Hotel Providence offers a space perfect for every couple. If you are interested in traditional wedding setting, urban setting, speak easy they have it. They even have a courtyard garden which is so rare in the city. The wedding coordinator and her team make everything so easy! Kate goes above and beyond for all their couples while also working with vendors to make sure the whole day is smooth sailing. The suites for the getting ready are filled with natural light and so much space for the whole bridal party. The food is always delicious and timed perfectly which is so important! I highly recommend Hotel Providence!”

“Just a Girl Events had the pleasure of working here for a small wedding. The venue is amazing! With 3 onsite areas that would be considered suites it is perfect to host your wedding party from the evening before to the day after. The studio space itself is beautiful with gabled ceilings and a beautiful floor with a brick inlay that is of the original design. The outdoor spacing can host a small area for cocktails with great ambiance or just a courtyard to hang out. The staff is great and it really is a hidden gem but one that creates an experience not just a night Charlene DeLuca”
