Lighthouse Video Productions
Rating: 5.0 (27 reviews)
  • Storytelling style
  • Starts at $4,800
  • Serves Proctorsville, VT

Our approach is cinematic, documentary-minded, and deeply personal. We care about beautiful images, but we care just as much about clear vows, real laughter, and the small in-between moments that make a wedding feel alive. We stay calm and present on the day, capturing it as it actually unfolds rather than staging it for the camera — and we cover your full day, as many hours as it takes, never billed by the hour.

We hired Ryan for our August 2024 wedding and he was fantastic to work with. We really wanted our wedding film to represent us as a couple, and so the music was incredibly important to us. Ryan gave us access to a database of options and when we made our choice, he even helped us use the song's original sample, too! The result was unique and special and reflective of our style. He was kind, flexible, organized, fair, and professional. We really appreciated how open and collaborative he was. Thank you, Ryan! https://www.youtube.com/watch?vn3Vea9LbNDc Photo by AnneKathryn Photography

I cannot believe we were ever considering not having a videographer after the amazing experience and video we got with Amanda at EightZero2. From the beginning, Amanda was super responsive and open with her thoughts on what would work best for our day (drone footage, raw footage, etc.). The day of, her process was so smooth and seamless - we felt so comfortable around her and she vibed PERFECTLY with our photo team. She got our preview video out to us before we even landed for our honeymoon, and delivered absolutely amazing results. The drone footage added the absolute coolest panoramics, and the editing was perfect (she even reached out to ask if we wanted anything changed after the fact). Would (and already have) highly recommend Amanda to anyone getting married. You will not regret it!

Tree Films Creative // Wedding Photos and Films
Rating: 5.0 (26 reviews)
  • Storytelling style
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Proctorsville, VT

We're Ashley and James, nature—inspired storytellers and creative partners who are here to capture your most precious moments. As a husband-and-wife team, we understand the importance of connection. We take the time to get to know you so that your wedding film reflects your unique journey together. We’re drawn to the beauty of those candid moments—the joyful smiles, heartfelt tears, and loving embraces—and we transform them into cinematic treasures that you and your loved ones will cherish for generations.

Treefilms is a stellar photography and videography company! After our venue, they were the second vendor we booked as photography and videography was very important to us. Ashley was responsive and kind from the beginning! She was open to our ideas in regard to location and then made it look even better in the photo video! We felt so comfortable during that shoot and at our wedding in front of the camera with them. They gave us enough direction that it was easy to know what to do, but did not result in stiff or overly posed pictures. The candid shots that they captured throughout the wedding day are photos we will cherish; they were able to capture all the emotions so perfectly. The team worked seamlessly with all the other vendors, they truly know what they’re doing! (Shoutout to Ashley for doing up the buttons on my dress!) Our wedding video is a work of art, I don’t think it’s comparable to the standard videos produced by other vendors. Treefilms is the vendor we recommend most to friends and family, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

My husband and I are not picture people so having someone take our video for an entire day was a little nerve-racking. However, Oleg made us feel so comfortable all day. He was genuinely excited to be doing his job and truly happy for us on our big day. When we got our footage, we were floored. IT WAS AMAZING. As promised, we sent it back with one small edit and got it right back. When we received the rest of our footage, it was just outstanding. It is all completely edited and so smooth without leaving out the important stuff. We are so excited to be able to relive our day over and over again. Mike Cutler
Rating: 5.0 (17 reviews)
  • Storytelling style

  • Serves Proctorsville, VT

Greetings! My name is Mike Cutler, born and raised in Vermont. I fell in love with theatre and film in high school and decided to pursue those passions in life, graduating from Full Sail University with a degree in Film. Filming weddings kind of fell in my lap, and ever since I covered my first wedding in 2009, I fell in love with crafting films that the couple love! Couples have said they were so happy to choose to have film as it really brings their day to life beyond the staple of photography. I hope I get the chance to work with you to help bring your day to life for years to come! :)

Awarded Best of Zola
Mike was extremely competent and did a wonderful job capturing the emotion of the day. It was nice getting to know Mike a bit over zoom before the wedding day and nailing down the timeline. When we met Mike in person it was like having an old friend there to shoot your wedding. He fit right in and captured so many great moments without us even noticing the camera was there. The finished wedding video was amazing but I also like all of the raw footage Mike shared with us. Mike was able to include every important part of the day. I appreciated Mike's light touch filming style, I never felt like he was filming us, but he still managed to capture great footage from the ceremony and reception. I also loved the moments he captured while we were taking photos as a bride and groom in between! We highly recommend Mike. You should hire him and place your trust in him that he will capture the joy of your wedding day without further oversight! If this review isn't enough, watch some of the example videos and you will see how great Mike's finished product is! (I included literally the only photo of Mike I could find from our 1000s of photos from our wedding day - I think that is the perfect testament to how great Mike was at his job of capturing the day without distracting from it.)

We could not recommend Logan more! He played all of our “must have” songs (at the perfect times) and avoided all our “do not plays.” More importantly, he spent time with us before our wedding to understand exactly what we wanted, and all of the music he played matched our likes and dislikes and perfectly fit the moment for each part of the wedding. Most of our guests never left the dance floor, and awesome DJing definitely set the tone for an amazing and fun party. We felt that Logan was a real partner and expertly tailored his work to us. Not to mention just how responsive and easy he was to work with, which was really appreciated given how much else we had going on in planning the event. Truly a great experience with Perfect Cadence!

Serge was punctual, enthusiastic, pleasant and overall just really easy to work with! Both before and after the wedding he was very prompt in responding to questions we had. He did our wedding videography for us and captured all the beautiful moments together to create a forever memory for us. We loved the extra touches he added from the area inside and outside the wedding venue, and the most beautiful was when he captured the time of the ceremony. We loved his professionalism, prompt communication, and flexibility he showed us to make things easier. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.
