Black Walnut Farm is a 34-acre historic estate in Saugerties, NY, where the Catskills meet the Hudson Valley and where weddings become full weekends of revelry. Celebrate in our temperature-controlled 1891 barn with a four-foot disco ball, gather around the bonfire, and stay onsite in our 1747 farmhouse. 2027 Wedding Weekend Venue Fees are $13,500 off-season (Nov-April + July) and $16,500 prime season (May-June and Aug-Oct). A two-night farmhouse stay ($1,200/night) and 15% service fee apply; your welcome event has no additional site fee. Most couples plan for an overall wedding budget (including all outside vendors and services) of approximately $55,000–$100,000+. Our hospitality team is here throughout the weekend, taking care of the details so you can spend your time with your guests. Blenheim Hill Farm is a heavenly wedding destination in the Catskills Mountains. Our capacity is from 70-220 guests. We grow the food and cook it for you in ​our ​own kitchen. You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our West Gallery, located in the Arts-&-Crafts style Museum Pavilion, offers a unique setting for weddings. Guests can enjoy cocktails on the covered terrace and shaded courtyard, then dine and dance in an elegant gallery with hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, and three walls of windows and French doors providing access to the estate’s 200 acres of gardens and grounds. The West Gallery comfortably accommodates between 50 and 150 guests for dinner and dancing, while the adjacent Garden Lawn may also be rented for a ceremony overlooking the perennial gardens. For your convenience, the rental includes tables and chairs, a caterer’s kitchen, air conditioning, ample restroom facilities, and easy parking. Locust Grove only schedules one event each evening, so you and your guests are assured privacy.

It can host up to 150 guests comfortably inside the barn, with additional space on the deck for cocktail hour and an adjacent lawn area for your ceremony. There is also an additional lounge seating area if some of your guests would like to relax with a bit of quiet time. Antique chandeliers accent the hardwood floors, walls and beams providing the rustic character that compliments the temperature controlled AC and heat to enable us to provide year-round events. In addition to the barn, deck, and ceremony space, the onsite 4 bedroom (7 queen beds) restored farmhouse is included in the venue for the weekend. A Friday check in enables you to prepare yourself for the big day and set up the space in the barn with any decor. The house is yours for the entire weekend for up to 8 guests. It works perfectly as a bridal suite for everyone to get ready.
