“We had Nick Wright as our "master DJ" for our June 2026 wedding at Landoll's Mohican Castle. Nick was AMAZING - he was open to every genre of music; including k-pop, the Lord of the Rings soundtrack, video game music, early 2000s, and more! He walked us through the party pleasers app, which was fantastic. You could upload full spotify playlists straight into the app. The app also breaks down each section of wedding day for every song you may need (ceremony, cocktail hour, cutting the cake, dinner, dancing, etc.). Nick was super nice and was able to do our sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, full dinner and reception, and our grand exit. He was open to all our suggestions; and he brought up things to decide that we hadn't even considered! During the wedding, Nick made sure to check in with us personally and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend party pleasers for the large selection of rentals, lighting, and their amazing DJs -especially Nick! Lastly, Nick was an amazing "game show host" for our scavenger hunt - we made sure the musical chairs were ready, mc'd the entire hunt, and played a different song for each item! The music was amazing - he played all of our must haves, followed our do-not-play list, and had some amazing early 2000s hip-hop mixes.”

He also spoke with every person who would be giving a speech to make sure they knew exactly what to do. The best part about Devin is the energy he brought to the dance floor. He played all of the songs that my husband and I wanted to hear and if I had a request during the wedding he played it right away. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. He is also great at bringing the energy back up on the dance floor. There was one time during the night where everyone cleared out from dancing because it was quite hot. Devin had the idea of slowing it down for a slow dance, which got everyone to come back to the dance floor right before he picked up the beats again.
